Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv

The Location of this Hotel is perfect in middle of Tel Aviv and next to sea, I really enjoyed my business trip, Th 18th floor lounge has nice sea view, Yummy foods and excellent service at Executive lounge by Elena, Alex, Adam and Maria. I am vegetarian, and here so much option for me. I recommend to visit and must try.

I have written in the past about the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv. It's an excellent hotel for either business or pleasure. The beach is across the street, the rooms, pool and gym are excellent, the food is great, the lounge is excellent and most of all, the people who work in the hotel are incredible and always trying to help with anything needed! For me, Henri at the front desk should get the service award of the year. He is always welcoming and tries very hard to make every stay an excellent visit, as do many of the others including the great team in the lounge. Many thanks and we look forward to seeing you every time we come to the hotel (several times a year)!

I would give this hotel 7 stars if they had the option but just simply wow . Let me start by saying that team is genuine , caring And everyone is so helpful . We arrived after a long flight from NYC and was immediately assisted by Jonathan who gave us one of the best room with a view of the beach which was just simply out of the world. The hotel is centrally located to anything and everything, pool is on the 2nd floor with views that can rival any other pretty cities in the world with a bar that will make you super happy . Housekeeping Service was prompt and room was in an excellent condition. Bus stand is right opposite to the hotel that can connect you with the train station taking you directly to the airport or any other major city . English is widely spoken and every sign is marked in Hebrew, Arabic , English. Food was fresh & good at the hotel, Tel Aviv has huge offerings if you’re vegetarian or a meat eater. Carmel market is a must go place for Local delight if you’re a foodie or like to mingle with local culture , I have never felt more safe being a tourist in a country I have only seen in television, thank you Sheraton and people of Israel for a such a magnificent hospitality experience, we will be back #tohdah ❤️❤️ #vaca2025

The Sheraton Grand is my favorite place to stay in TLV. It is a beautiful hotel, great location and has fabulous service. Each morning the breakfast is superb while looking out over the water. Each evening I stop into the Concierge Lounge. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Janice, Elana, Anastassiya, Marlyn and Adan have provided wonderful friendly service. I travel to a lot of Marriott properties, they are the best!

The Sheraton Tel Aviv has been our go to hotel in Tel Aviv since 2013. We love the location by the beach and the service. We usually stay in the Club rooms and love the club lounge. We rather have our breakfast there than in the main dinning room. Better service and more quite. Mazal, Anastisia and Guy are all great. The pool area is also fabulous.
