Fantastic hotel, breakfast is amazing, very good location
The only disqdvqntage is the parking costs

The hotel is very poorly maintained. The rooms are worn and dirty, the windows are filthy, the floor is dirty, and the toilet flush is very weak; we had to flush 6 or 7 times to get rid of the toilet paper! A renovation is urgent.

Good service
While staff were really helpful in almost all cases the Bellevusta room we were initially given was in my opinion a Corner Room with balcony. The manager assistant advised that they have many different Bellavista rooms. This was the first time after many stays a Bellvisya room that it was small and without separate toilet and bathroom. I was not impressed with such misrepresentation. Two days later we were given a ‘real’ Bellavista room.
Besides this I cannot fault them in anything. Service throughout was excellent be it the restaurant pool service turnover reception. Will continue to use them

Building and rooms outdated.
Cleaning crew noisy, shouting, loud vacuum cleaning in early morning.
Bathroom very inconvenient, tiny sink although the bathroom is fairly large.

Breakfast was lovely. Staff was good. But our room was terrible. We had two rooms. One smelled like smoke. The other one couldn’t elate its temperature.
