Service was amazing and the hotel was wonderful. Great location with clean comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast was incredible and 18th floor lounge was first class. Will definitely return on my next visit. To the Sheraton staff a very big thank you.

We had a terrific 6-day stay. We found the room and facilities clean, comfortable, and refreshingly as expected (in other words, the company’s own online photos are not deceptive - for a change). The staff was delightful, particularly: - Henri (reception, so present and helpful) - Tiana (guest relations, just delightful) - Ami(el) (alert and available) - Mazal (who manages a tight ship while making sure you feel taken care of and really seen) - Adan (there aren’t enough words) - Mary Ann (so sweet) - Evgeny (chef who is sweetly willing to go into culinary details and make sure you get just what you want) - Alexander (chef and all around hard working, smiling, wonderful guy) Others too, the hotel is clearly well managed. We had a few quite minor complaints, but not worth listing here, as they were particular to us: when we shared with the staff, they were immediately remedied. So speak up, they are there for you. Hotels need not be perfect - this one is an pleasure, and where they are lacking, their response/attention to detail is terrific.

Sheraton Grand Hotel Club lounge all attendants each time we arrived and during our time in the club approached us as soon as we entered with offerings of service such as water, soft drinks, coffee, tea, food service, and assisted with our dinner reservation, transportation services, and much more. These attendants helped us during our stay: Mazel, Adam, Anastasia, Elena, and Janize. Food selection pastries, cheeses, nuts, dried fruit. Fresh fruit, wine, beer, soft drinks, crackers, dips, dinners were all abundant, tasty and presented organized fresh and clean stations and tables. All were excellent! Breakfast Restaurant Daria was excellent at welcoming us each time we arrived and servicing our needs for coffee, tea, all table and food items. All the staff at breakfast were attentive to our needs. Food selection of breads, salads, fish, vegetables, eggs, cheeses, yogurts. Oatmeal, pizza, and more state abundant, fresh, presentation was organized and clean.

Great dining room staff, they’re super amazing! They were super helpful and brought us everything that we needed. The food was super delicious, for all the meals. Great hotel, great location, great team! We celebrated our anniversary and felt like a royal couple thanks to the wonderful team. Special thanks to Mazal, Guy, Janice and Marry-Ann but not only. They are all wonderful. We will be back shortly.
