Brand new hotel! There is free underground parking. Good breakfast with service. An ideal option for transit guests! Of the minuses, the door closer to the room is not configured, and they slam very loudly.

The hotel is generally ok, the food was ok, the staff is friendly, the prices in the hotel were also normal. I can definitely recommend it. I wouldn't recommend an Uber for city trips, normal taxis are cheaper. I will definitely come again.

Отель расположен напротив большой городской больницы. Жаль, что в стоимость, которая не маленькая, не входит завтрак. Не понравилась сауна - был ужасный запах канализации и отсутствовала бутилированная вода. Унитаз в номере был с налетом в сливе. Из вентиляции просачивался запах сигарет, при том, что этаж был для некурящих. В остальном номера чистые и уютные.

DO NOT book this hotel through *******. They have some serious miscommunications between each other. I booked half board for two rooms with 6 people, paid an extra $400 for this only to hear the hotel say we only have bed and breakfast. After endless hours on chat and phone calls, ******* promised to take care of it. I will need to pay for the dinner charge and then get reimbursed for it. Well after I sent in the receipt, I had to chat with them again, they reviewed it and then finally offered to give me $200 in one key credit which I still haven’t received yet. Not a real refund. Sadly this overshadowed our whole stay and this review.

Hotel was almost brand new condition! I did stay this hotel with my boys for ski holiday in Erzurum Palandöken.. staff's was very friendly especially at breakfast cheff and waiters. My boys asked cheese toast at breakfast because they are very pickey,they don't eat every food! Breakfast cheff did it very specially! Highly recommended! Will go back again definitely. 5 star service, Thank you Ramada by Wyndham *****
