We stayed for the first time in Royal Diwa. We initially reserved the club room, which was not ready by the official check-in time. There had been a misunderstanding and our check-in was lagged because of the cleaning taking too long. Having seen our tiredness, the hotel’s Assistant GM, Unsal Yagucmen, upgraded us to the hotel’s main building. Our room was very specious, with a large balcony. He was taking care not only of us, but also each and every guest at the hotel. Also the personnel was very helpful. The food was amazing, with tons of variety. The dinners were complemented with a special concept every evening (e.g. Mexian, Far East, Italian). The beach was very gorgeous that allowed us taking long walking tours. One week of stay was never enough, I already plan to go in a couple of weeks again!:) Thanks for the amazing hospitality!

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in early October, and it was phenomenal. The beach is gorgeous, rooms are crispy clean, and food was delicious.
Hotel management made every effort to ensure that my stay in the hotel was smooth and pleasant; I would also like to thank Abdurrahman, the reception manager, for personalized attitude to every customer.

Small room, unfriendly stuff, very small pool. Entertainment is TERRIBLE!!!!
Food was not tasty and grill was very DIRTY .over all very disappointing. It may good russian family with kids

First of all seawater and landscape were amazing. very comfortable. sometimes got too crowded and stuff was tired but generally very nice. music in the night (when it was not in Russian) was good but I give 4 to music and programs. The food was very good. The place is family-friendly however some photographers and spa people as well animation groups were annoying. but again in General was perfect.

Quiet, calm, somewhere to rest your mind. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pools are clean and the water slides are sufficient for those who do not want extreme adventure. The sea is crystal clear and the bottom can be seen within swimming limits. They even thought about ice cream in the ultra all inclusive concept. I don't drink alcohol so I don't comment on these drinks. The food menus are quite extensive and the food is delicious. It is a hotel where families with children can be very comfortable. Almost all of the guests were family members. I think most of them were Russian. Let's get to the bad aspects. Guests (including me) were walking around without masks. Those who are meticulous about this should think again. Buying a drink, especially after breakfast and dinner, is very annoying due to the queue. I even gave up drinking Turkish coffee a few times. It would be nice if a solution was found. I am not someone who looks for hair and has very high expectations. I am one of those who say I was satisfied and would go again. Have a nice holiday everyone.
