The hotel is very beautiful. The territory is green, very clean and well-kept. The rooms are less clean and it is clear that the hotel has had better times. The food is delicious, the choice is varied. The alcohol is not bad, the choice is huge. The beach is wide, it is not difficult to find a free sun lounger. In the morning the sea is calm and clean, after lunch there are small waves. The pool is large, plus there are 3 children's. There are many children. I recommend the hotel.

Russians made up 95% of the guests. And that reflected on the quality of the stay. Russians are very loud, messy, arrogant, and behave as if they own the world. The food was poor, it seemed to me like the kind of food that's commonly served in Russia, and it was mostly inedible. When I saw the sausages, cheeses, or scrambled eggs, I wondered how anyone could eat that. Besides, the food was often cold. They only served clean water in 200 ml bottled portions; it's hard to believe they couldn’t set up a dispenser so that everyone could refill (there was only one for overly sweetened sodas). The room was quite alright, although there were still some things that I couldn’t understand. Instead of a duvet or blanket, there were "towels" on the bed for covering. I can’t imagine how anyone can sleep under that. The hotel is mainly set up for children, so I don’t understand why every night at midnight, there was still loud music blasting throughout the hotel, making it impossible for adults, let alone children, to sleep. The hotel seems to place great importance on the disco, with music so loud during the day that it drove people away from the pool. Otherwise, the service didn’t meet expectations either. We waited half an hour to check out, but no one came, so we just took our things, left them a note, and headed to the airport. If you're not Russian or an ill-mannered brute, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We stayed 10 days in August and we loved the location. Right on the beach, beautiful settings, crystal clear sea, with pebbles, very clean. The pools are just a few steps away from the beach, which was perfect for us with two young kids, so that we could easily relocate throughout the day. We always found available loungers on the beach, but it was harder to find them on the pool side. Most of the times, we decided to occupy two loungers by the pool, and then just go for a swim in the sea, to then go back to the pool. Water shoes recommended. They sell them on-site as well. The place is well kept, and clean. The staff is constantly busy working, cleaning, gardening. The food was great for us who like trying different types of food. Lots of stews, different meat, grilled fish every day, carved meat, pastas, rice etc. lots of salads and desserts. It becomes repetitive after a while but I think that's expected. We often had lunch at the snack bar with sea view, it was lovely and breezy. My kids enjoyed the two slides available, the only problem is they are only open two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon, one slide at the time. The afternoon one was hard to manage as it was from 2-4pm and we usually tried to get back in the room to rest a bit. Also the thing I didn't quite like was that the pools were closing at 6pm. I think it's a bit early, and sometimes they invited people out at 5:45pm already. Only a small negative though as we always had plenty of sun and swim time throughout the day. Showers facilities available in several points as well. Kids club is alright but mainly Russian kids. They do speak English but because of so many Russians, that is basically the main language for all games. I do think the kids club animation staff are great though. They really work hard all day long. Lots of activities and games. Evening entertainment was quite good. There is an air-conditioned gym, with sea view as well, open from 7am, which I enjoyed using a few times, while the kids were still asleep. The rooms are nice but could be bigger and have more storage. They do not change the beddings very often and we often had to clean the sheets ourselves to get rid of sand. The top bunk bed was never made. They only made the double bed and the bottom bunk bed. The minibar fridge didn't cool much. They are in two-storey buildings, and each room as either a ground floor patio or a first floor balcony/veranda. The Aircon works really well and cools down fast. Ceiling fan also available. Not much English spoken, and we struggled in the snackbar where twice they didn't get out orders right. All in all, the positives outweigh the negative, and as I said in the title there is room for small improvements. We didn't mind them and it was perfect for our family needs. We would definitely go back.

The hygiene, service and hotel management is absolutely on point thanks to the hotel staff and especially the general manager Mehmet Kavuz. He welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. I would also like to thank the animators Sanzhik and Walid Houssaini who were very sweet and welcoming. They made my experience at this hotel unforgettable ❤️

We booked a week long holiday at the hotel with two children (8 and 7). We had high hopes for our stay but were often left underwhelmed. We had read previous reviews about the rudeness of other guests but remained hopefully optimistic it would be different for us. It wasn’t. English is not a commonly spoken language in the hotel. This isn’t a problem as such and we managed fine. However, we found that the rudeness displayed by other guests really tainted our stay. By the end of the week we were very ready to come home and actively avoided other guests. The kinds of behaviours I am talking about include: - Lack of consideration for other guests. - Pushing in front to get food or drinks first. - Walking in to others who happen to be in their way. - No apologises given when you get walked in to. - Not sharing the inflatable rings to be used on the lazy river. This one was very difficult to watch. Adults were finishing their turn on the slide and walking past waiting children and taking another turn without sharing the inflatable ring. - One of my children being told to move off a chair because they wanted to sit down instead. I don’t want to attribute these behaviours to people from a particular country because that feels unfair and generalist. However, more could be done by the staff to ensure that everyone staying has the right to be treated properly and fairly. Without that, the culture of the hotel will remain poor. The food was ok. We were able to find something to eat each night but it did get repetitive. The room was ok. Clean enough and quiet. The pool areas were great for the children however finding space to sit is challenging. Often loungers are reserved for the whole day without anyone coming to use them at all. There was very much a scarcity mindset which meant other guests hoarded what they wanted, whether they used it or not. I would not return to this hotel.

Beatiful place. Hotel is clean. A lot of plants, crystal sea and mountains. Food is ok. Staff helpful and nice however few times i don't get my order in Snack bar (once food, 2 times drinks). Snack bar could be open in different hour (diner - 12:00-14:00, Snack bar 12:00-16:00). Icecream could be available for more hour in a day. Swimming pools open by 6pm (could be longer), but every day was closed at 5:40-5:50. It was very annoying for me (when i go at 5:45 to swim for a while). Two sliders - both open ONLY for 2 hours a day and sometimes people were arquing about pontoon!!! No one manage this. Could me more smaller sliders open in all day. In restaurant isn't enough sits inside where is air-conditioning.

The hotel itself is really nice, good layout. Be warned the slides are only on for two hours a say- I hadn’t read this before we booked. There would be less queuing if they were working throughout the day. To be fair the queues aren’t huge, but it would make a noticeable difference. The pools are a really nice temperature, kids loved them. Also the pools are not overcrowded which was great. The entertainment team are good and very chatty once you engage with them. There is a serious ant problem in the rooms- just could not get rid of them. Rooms aren’t actually cleaned- beds just remade- not with fresh sheets. Food is good- we found something lovely to eat each night. There is a large amount to choose from. We never had an issue getting a sunbed- always a bonus. The downfall of the holiday is the incredibly rude Russians- and as others have said this hotel is geared towards Russians. The majority have no concept of politeness (the way the staff are spoken to is quite frankly disgusting) and they don’t have any issues jumping in front of queues- whilst children have good manners and wait their turn. It’s really shocking to witness and probably why some staff are unfriendly as they have to put up with this behaviour. A member of staff took our bags to our room on arrival and stormed off (probably swearing by the look of it) after we didn’t tip him. We hadn’t changed our money yet and had no issue tipping staff throughout our stay. But this was a little shocking on arrival.

Really not a 5 star, 3 at most. 80% of staff rude and ignorant ( when not walking around on mobile phones). Food was ok but not great. Some of the staff very nice with the kids. French guy in the shop was lovely and speaks great English, probably the only one in the hotel who does. Wasn’t a big issue for us however never saw any other English people, mainly Russian ( rude).
