Very impressive, the service is way beyond expectation. It is much better than some international chain hotel in. Staff are very helpful, friendly, and supportive. The hotel paid attention to every single detail from toothpaste to slipper. If i have a chance to go there, I will definitely stay here. Would recommend

Staying at the Turks Hengtong International Hotel was beyond imagination. Thank you very much for the service staff at the hotel entrance who took the initiative to assist us with our luggage. The front desk was kind and courteous when checking in and explained the breakfast location in the room in detail. The room was clean and decorated in a bright style. The beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains can be seen outside the window. Breakfast The service staff at Fengsheng are also kind and courteous. It is the best hotel I have stayed in Xinjiang in the past ten days.
