While I was resting in the room the next day, the staff knocked on the door and sighed: You haven’t checked out yet. And it was around 11 a.m.; 3. When checking out, the staff did not give any feedback after collecting the room card. They answered the phone temporarily and were leisurely. In order to confirm whether the check-out procedure had been completed, I called the staff next to me before replying. I just gave the room card. What was even more dramatic was that an hour after I left the hotel, I received a call from the hotel staff asking if I wanted to extend my stay without checking out. It was speechless.
