性價比高，就是房間比較小，兩個行李箱打開 過路有點不方便，沒有乾濕分離，外面的院子是老夫妻兩人自己打造的，特別漂亮有感覺，早上起來在院子吃早飯安靜舒服，早飯也挺豐富，他們自己種的紫葉梨做的果醬蘸餅很好吃。

回族民宿，店主夫妻非常用心及熱愛的經營。房間不大，但院子很乾凈舒服，有被精心養植的花朵和果樹。喝茶的地方也在院子裏備有茶點。雖是民宿但床被都很乾凈舒適，衞生間是我見過唯一下水口做坡麪，絕不會洗澡時污水泡腳。房間無異味。入住感受温馨如家，非常推薦。

地址就在客運站附近走十分鐘就能到，離八卦城走路半小時。小院子很有特色，房間乾淨寬敞。老闆看我們兩個女生主動給升級了大房間～住的很舒適
如果想吃早餐可以提前一天和老闆預訂，在小院子裏吃特色早餐也很有情調

新疆之行住過的最好的民宿，沒有之一！世外桃源般的存在，不是景區卻勝似景區！。一扇紅油大門裡，三面屋舍環抱着一個美輪美奐的小院。彩色瓷磚鋪地，原色木屋、歐式廊橋、室外榻榻米和整塊的紅色地毯就像一幅展開的畫卷等着你來欣賞，廊檐下隨風搖曳的輕紗瞬間融化了旅者一身的疲憊。老闆是一對五十多歲的回族夫妻，淳樸厚道的大哥和善良能幹姐姐把整個民宿打理得乾乾淨淨，漂亮舒適，秉承着把每位客人都當成家人一樣對待的理念，用心做好每件事情，讓客人真正感受到了賓至如歸的幸福體驗。

剛開始是隨便在網上隨便定了一家民宿，因為這個小院裝修的特別好看，被吸引住了，結果住進來也沒有讓我們失望，是一對特別淳樸的夫妻開的民宿，老闆們天天起大早搞衞生 所以院子房間都特別乾淨 就像住進家裡了一樣。因為天氣原因，所以行程有變動，在這空的時間，我們都一直住在這個民宿裏，餓了就騎車去買飯帶回來在毯子上吃 吃飽就隨地大小躺（真當自己家啦）下次還要來玩！

昨天到得很晚，但是老闆夫婦還一直在等着，很暖心。進去之後更加驚喜，先看到了一個佈置的很漂亮的種滿了各種花的小院，進去看房間也很有少數民族特色很漂亮。值得推薦。

從來沒有過因為一個民宿而多呆了一天。初次選擇這個民宿是因為“年年順”名字的好兆頭。想着住進去討一個年年順也挺好的。其次這個民宿位置也不偏遠，就在八卦城三環邊上，你如果想自由出入也方便。經營民宿的老兩口是熱情，真摯的回民家人。你轉進拐角，一進門會看到一個熱情爽利的阿姨叫做"閆姐”招呼你。小院子是閆姐自家的房子，這是他們自己的家。小院子裏錯落有致的種着各種花，花上面還有個小牌子介紹每個植物的名字。每個房間也收拾的乾乾淨淨的。閆姐是一個熱愛生活，擁抱美好事物的美麗姐姐，她的內心一角就以民宿的方式展開而來。愛花，愛生活，愛確切的緣分。閆姐衹要看到我們就會停下忙碌的腳步，等待我們是否有任何的需求，衹要是合理範圍的要求幾乎是有求必應，會熱情的招呼我們坐下喝點茶，會給我們端來小蜜瓜，最主要的是她是個真實不諂媚的存在，閆姐的老公是一個務實派的和藹可親“**伯伯”我們第一天入住的時候房間的插座不合適，第二天**伯伯就給我們安了個插座，因為Wifi信號不夠好，於是第二天我們的房間多了個路由器，媽媽要晾曬衣服，馬上就安了個現成的晾衣桿。臨走時真是依依不捨，閆姐一家人在門口目送着我們。期待和遠方的家人再會，期待再見。祝願年年順民宿越辦越好。年年順！

院子比較有特色，都是老闆親自打造，木雕也是老闆親自雕刻，院子裏有榻榻米，可以喝茶納涼，也可以躺在上邊休息。房間整體根乾淨衞生，老闆娘給了一些親手製作的點心，酒店離不夜城也比較近，走路幾分鐘就到了，路上也有一些特色的美食餐館。

房間非常安靜，寬敞，小院非常漂亮，阿姨叔叔很熱情，準備了西瓜，推薦的司機非常靠譜，民宿去中心很方便，可惜住了兩晚行程匆忙，沒來得及好好享受美麗的小院子
