The breakfast is especially good. The boss who is alone is very warm, very kind and gentle. It’s not far from the taxi. The hotel will give you a car and will give you luggage and a terrace room. We are a suite. I can sleep three people, the favorite enthusiasm of the bosses is really comfortable.

The hotel service is extremely bad. When seeing Chinese people, most of the front desk staff and waiters didn't even smile and were indifferent throughout the whole process. The hotel restaurant is even worse. I sat down in advance and emphasized three times that I had to catch a flight. As a result, the foreigners who came later were served, but not me. The waiters were chatting the whole time. Rubbish ****. I also want to praise Ctrip for its timely follow-up and good attitude.

Excellent location, very kind and service minded staff. Rooms are nice and well equipped. Bit of a smell (sewer system) in the room, as we always have window open not so much off a problem.
Type of accommodation where you expect the owner to be around. They were there, we believe, busy with the plants but showed no interest in the visitors.

The experience was very good. I stayed for two nights with my kids. I especially want to emphasize that the bathroom is great. I like it very much. The environment is very good. The attitude of the staff is also great. They can help me book a car, a hotel, and activities. It is very convenient. The hotel restaurant is also delicious. Recommended.

The room was large and the front desk service was very warm and always smiled and greeted us and helped us take our luggage to the room. We booked a 70-square-meter suite with windows on the small balcony outside the room. In fact, there is a 45-square-meter suite next to it. There are windows and you can face the outside scenery, which makes me feel more comfortable and breathable. Staying at the cave hotel will have the ash on the wall to fall. This must be psychologically expected when you check in, otherwise you will feel that the room is not clean. The hotel is located below Uchisar Castle and is the commanding height of the entire town. The location is excellent. Breakfast is rich and hygienic, and will be served after 9 o'clock.

All the staff at this hotel are very good, because we are the bus in the early morning to Kappa, the weather is very cold. The little brother on duty at the hotel told us to go in for a break, give us a blanket, and then have a room in the morning to check in. We also gave us hot tea and took breakfast for us. The weather was very cold that day, but we felt very warm. The environment is very good, it is worth staying, good quality and low price, very recommended!

This place is a gem and the people are the stars! Both Aisha and Fatih made us feel welcomed like family. They always greet us with smile. The welcome drinks and sweets were very much appreciated after a long journey. The room is spacious, clean and well decorated. The bathroom is also spacious with good hot shower. There are generous free drinks and snack and some to purchase provided in the room. Bed linens are fresh and keep you warm in cold nights. Breakfast is a feast both to the eyes and the appetite. The breakfast room faces the valley over Goreme Town. The location is superb, within 5 minutes to the Uchisar Castle and also offers many interesting alley ways to get more of the view of the valley and access to some abandoned caves that are definitely photo worthy. There are plenty eateries nearby and also souvenir shops and travel agents. I highly recommend My Cave La Maison du Reve to other travellers.

AAzharExceptional service and hospitality shown by staff and owner. They took the extra mile to ensure your comfort and needs are met. View from terrace was perfect; overseeing the Uchisar castle. Bfast was not the usual buffet spread but everything was served to your table. Will definitely come back!

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great view, the boss can speak Chinese, you can ask the boss to order hot air balloons and ATVs, and he also specially prepared Chinese breakfast beef dumplings. I'm not used to eating bread all the time. The hotel facilities are very good, and it's very convenient to walk to Uchisar Castle in three to five minutes, and Pigeon Valley is a 15-minute walk. We checked out on the last day of our trip. We said we wanted to buy water, and the boss gave us two bottles directly. We wanted to drink orange juice before and said we wanted to buy it, and the lady gave it to us directly. The service is super good, and the boss answered any questions carefully. It's a pity that the hot air balloon didn't take off

GGuest UserThe location is very good, it is very convenient to go to Pigeon Valley and Uchissar Castle, about ten minutes walk. The boss and the clerk are also very friendly, the luggage is too heavy, the male clerk also helped to move to the taxi waiting point, really like it. Due to catching up with Turkey's 100th National Day, I missed the plane. The boss was waiting for us at midnight and helped us book the airport to the hotel minibus. The price was the same as the original 10 euros.
The location is very advantageous. It is very convenient to go to Pigeon Valley and Uchisar Castle, which can be reached in about ten minutes' walk. The boss and the clerk were also very friendly. The luggage was too heavy and the male clerk helped move it to the taxi stand. I really like it. Because we missed the flight in time for Turkey's 100th National Day, the boss was waiting for us at midnight and helped us book a minibus from the airport to the hotel. The price was the same as the original price of 10 euros.

LLong Chi GigiGreat and friendly service! Their rooms are amazing and to pictures. We joined day tour the day we checked out and we didn’t leave enough time to have breakfast after watching balloons and sunrise, the staff was kind enough to provide us with a takeaway breakfast, she was so kind and understandable that we didn’t want to be late for the bus pick up. And luckily we had breakfast to go that we wouldn’t be hungry for the tour that involves hiking until lunch.

GGuest UserVery great experience with the hotel! Breakfast is generous with a breathtaking view from their roof top. As a cave hotel, the room also has very good insulation, so inside the room stays warm despite the very cold temperature outside.
The staffs are also super nice, they called a taxi for me as I arrived at 2 AM and they help me to send the stuff that I accidentally left in the hotel.

GGuest UserGreat value for money as February 2025. Nice room with large bathroom and shower. Coffee and tea available in the room. Wifi connection in the room was really poor and sometimes not working at all. It is located 5 minutes walking from the bus stops to Goreme and Nevsehir. Several restaurants and attractions are at walking distance.

로로니킴When I made the reservation, I didn't know the exact location and thought it was near Goreme, but when I got there, it turned out to be Uchisar. The breakfast was excellent and the overall friendliness was good, but the location was a bit inconvenient for getting to Goreme. Unless you want to wait patiently for Dolmush, I recommend taking a taxi, even if it is a bit expensive. This cave hotel is good in everything except the location.

The room is nice. You can see the view of Baolei from the back window. The room is large and has heating. It was too hot at night, so I turned off the heating.
The breakfast is great and rich. There are delicious small fried dough sticks and hot sauce... But you have to go early, otherwise the delicious food will be eaten up by others.
 The hotels here are like futures. The daily prices can differ several times! His is the most conscientious hotel I have booked in the past few days. The daily price is basically constant!

KKadie86We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. This place is in a very nice location. Right under the castle. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast each morning was delicious. We stayed in the cave hotel. Was a great experience. We had a jacuzzi in the room which our 5 year old loved. The room was really cozy and warm. Trip.com got our booking incorrect and didn’t mention we had a 5 year old with us. The hotel were very helpful. Offered us a bed for the room and made our stay pleasant

AAlialala90Best value , felt my money spent well in this exclusive hotel. You can feel its premium vibe once entering the hotel. Service is very welcoming, the owner always greet you. Breakfast is okay, with a great coffee. I really recommended this hotel to everyone coming to cappadocia, please stay at Uçhisar and avoid Göreme. I’m currently staying at Göreme for our 3rd night (different hotel) and really regret my decision to change the hotel. Göreme is too crowded, the lane is too narrow & the quality is not the same
