The hotel environment is very good, close to the castle. The service staff are warm, thoughtful and polite, and the breakfast is also very tasty. The terrain is relatively high, and the mountains are small at a glance. Good value for money!

Everyone calls this hotel unique, but there are dozens of other cave hotels in the same town. What's really noteworthy about this hotel is the charm, good service. and general elegance of the place. Our room was....unique for us, as we've never stayed in a cave before. The room was fine, quite and clean, but it was also a bit dark and it too a VERY long time for hot water to appear after you turned on the tap. There were enough plugs in the room, but there was no desk. I had to use my laptop on my....lap! On the other hand, there were red and white wine taps in our room. Now that is a really unique feature. Unmetered too. My wife reports that the massage facility was especially noteworthy, and she had a good massage at a reasonable price. Food here is good as well. Breakfasts were fine, but dinner was perhaps the most outstanding meal we had in Turkey. None of the usual kebabs, but a menu with new and fascinating dishes.

We were a group of 9, aging from 4 to 70, stayed in this beautiful hotel for 2 nights in August 2023. The service is exceptional and personalised. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The view is absolutely breath taking. We got up at 6am and watched the balloons fly over the valley from the doorstep of our room. The food is exceptional. We had a big van which didn't fit through the narrow street up to the hotel so we had to walk about 3 minutes uphill to get to the hotel. The owner Mr Metin picked us up and dropped us to and from our van each time as we had elderly people in the group as well as a 4 year old (no extra charge). Would definitely recommend.

In one word, it was great. Ms. Selma was very sweet & helpful with her quick actions. Breakfast is delicious and satisfying. However, one should not expect the excessive variety found in very large hotels, all available materials are of high quality and clean. Being without a car makes it difficult to explore other routes. It is surrounded by steep slopes.

Very good hotel, location with a great view, the city itself is very cozy, many delicious restaurants. The room is clean and cozy, the receptionist is excellent, they made an early check-in. I recommend it wholeheartedly, and the price for such a hotel is very good 👍

We stayed at this hotel in September. Our decision was purely based on TripAdvisor reviews and the fact that this hotel is rated 4 star. We had multiple issues with our stay - One, the hotel was located on a hilltop without accessible roads. It is so steep that shuttle transfers would not go up the road and you have to carry your own luggage. Second, the hotel is far away from attractions in Cappadocia. You will end up spending a lot on taxis to get around, and the food options are also limited to expensive restaurants that don't necessarily offer better food than their counterparts closer to the city center. Third, this hotel was not a 4 star experience. The room was poorly lit, there was no AC, and management was FAR from friendly. Fourth, unlike other hotels in the vicinity, the hotel does not have a dedicated shuttle service. Worse, the hotel owner set up with unreliable shuttle services. We were ready to leave for the airport 4 hours before our flight - the shuttle service arranged by the hotel picked us up very late, then picked up another 12-15 individuals, and dropped us off 40 minutes before departure time. The shuttle was clearly privately owned, but the hotel owner insisted that they are owned by the airport and ”the only” shuttle service available. So for the little commission that this hotel was getting to arrange the private shuttle, we almost missed our flight. Not recommended.

Schönes Ambiente, sehr nettes Personal und sehr netter Chef. Ich wurde von ihm persönlich um halb 5 morgen zum Luftballon gefahren als ich den shuttle vergessen habe. Einem kurz nachfragen dann bekommt man auch Auskunft über sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten in der nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ziemlich einzigartig. Solche Zimmer sieht man nicht an vielen Orten. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, Kaffee, Eier, Omelette, Menemen, ... werden einem auf Wunsch immer frisch zubereitet. Das Hotel ist überhaupt nicht überfüllt sodass das Personal sich sehr gute um die Gäste kümmern kann.

The most wonderful stay. I arrived late at night & the hotel staff was so warm & welcoming. The hotel itself should be 5 stars- the room is so clean, stunning design & all amenities available. The rooftop seating has an incredible view & the breakfast each morning is amazing/so delicious! I felt safe & 100% content/happy with my stay. Ahmet, hotel manager, is so wonderful & accommodating to whatever I needed. All tours were on time & very professional. I took the hotel shuttle to & from the airport which was convenient. I recommend this hotel to all friends & family!!
