From a hospitality perspective, Rıza the owner has an exceptional way of engaging his guest and made us feel welcome all the way from check-in to check-out (which according to him is not a specific time but whenever you’re ready). Everything except for the nuttella made by the owner of the hotel themselves. The berries and olives are from their trees in the garden. Cheeses made by the neighbors on the corner who have cows in their yard. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle, so may not appeal to everyone though. Overall, highly recommended

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Riza and the entire team at Sakli Konak Hotel for making our stay in Cappadocia truly memorable. Our small family is grateful to all the staff members who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort: Emir, Ahmed, Shahir, and Pembe. They assisted us in finding the best deals for hot air balloon ride, shuttles, and provided excellent recommendations for hiking trails and must-visit spots up to our timing. We must highlight the exceptional restaurant within the hotel, which is an absolute gem worth visiting even if you're staying elsewhere. Superb cuisine featuring regional specialties accompanied by great service, with predominantly local clients. We look forward to returning to Cappadocia and once again choosing Sakli Konak as our accommodation!

We, as a family, stayed at "Saklı Konak" for 3 days. The facility is very well located; it is close to Uçhisar Castle and many of the touristic places. It is also very quiet at nights which gives you a chance for switching off easily. It was a great experince to be in a room decorated by antique stones under the high ceiling, which is also clean & tidy and warm like your home. The breakfasts are magnificient which consists of many local tastes presented in a perfect way. The dinner, especially the beef marinated by local spices, has to be tasted. Service quality was perfect, as a result of cheerful & helpful team.

Boutiqe hotel is in the heart of uchisar.we were warm welcomed ! Stuff of the hotel is very friendly all the time. Room was very clean and stylisch. We felt like in a castle. And the breakfast ! Wooow ,so delicious. I can just recommend

The food was absolutely amazing, authentic local cuisine! The pottery kebab is a must try!! The place is very cozy and beautiful 🤩 Also do try their house wine 🍷 this place is a must visit!! They serve free bread in the beginning of the meal with olive oil and spices which is unique!!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted like royalty and they staff upheld this for the duration of our stay. We had the Jhlara room and were blown away, there was even a sauna in the room which would be perfect for winter time. The authenic and traditional Turkish complimentary breakfast was really the cherry on top of our fabulous stay. We wish we didn’t have to leave so soon. Thank you to all the staff and the beautiful chefs at Sakli Sonak, we will remember your hospitality and helpfulness to make our stay a memorable one forever!
