Rooms need white wash. The tv in the room not working. The toilets have foul smell

Ac not working, telephone not working, no provision for hot water drinking, the doormat is too dirty n dusty, the curtains are too dusty, the blanket provided is not fit for two persons, dampness on wall, overall not proper

We visited Pondicherry in July 2023 and stayed at Hotel Atithi. Thanks to Mousumi Das Guest Relations Executive the Check in and Check out process was very smooth. Our overall experience was pleasant.

We had to park our car on road, our room was on second floor and had no lift, the reception people never picks up the call. And every-time we asked for water they’d give us kinley bottles which had their seal open since they were refilling those. The room was decent and big however the experience of the stay ag atithi grand was bad.
