I stayed at this hotel as a part of package from Thomas Cook with MAP plan. They didn't offer dinner as per the plan and interestingly charged me for altnetive food that I had. So one side didn't offer service and other aide charged me for alternative food as extra. .The GM & FB mgr are beyond logic.. Good luck for making free money. However I must alert the traveller's.. Be careful.. They can ruin your holiday hence don't debate with them.. Better not to stay with them. BTW they are liers too.. No one told me the ala a cart that I can have and they told me that they did.

Stayed in Deluxe room, not comfortable due to small size and suffocation. Horrible experience of eating inhygenic food at restaurant resulted suffering food poisoning whole night. Also in the breakfast they provide us tea, which was very poor quality.

Everything was perfectly except the sr manager and some of the staff were rude and lazy..the reception *** was really helpful..so if ur expecting any compensation for your bill or extra for food...they will not help at all.food was great definitely and the rooms were really good.

1- on checkin didn’t got amenities 2- towel torned 3- Ac not working (didn’t got fixed even after complaining) 4- If other guest smokes in his room than you can smell it in your room as well 5- If you are going with driver than there is no space to sleep for your driver. such a big hotel and dont have space . Stayed in so many hotels .. first time faced this.. They are lucky they have a nice view .other wise its not worth it at all Food was good .Missing continental Had a chat with head chef. Chefs were all cooperative. House keeping lady behavior very good.

beautiful property, well maintained and hygenic, not really far for people travelling from Delhi- NCR. Courteous staff and lake view rooms are really provide a postcard view
