My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The property is situated in the majestic Himalayas, offering stunning views from every angle. The natural beauty surrounding the hotel is truly awe-inspiring, making it a perfect getaway. *Amazing staff like Priyanka (restaurant manager) and Aditi (front office manager).* The staff here are exceptional. Priyanka, the restaurant manager, ensured that our dining experience was top-notch. Aditi, the front office manager, made the check-in process seamless and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their warm and professional demeanor added a personal touch to our visit. *Food is amazing.* The food at the hotel is simply delicious. Every meal was a treat, with a variety of options to cater to all tastes. The quality and presentation of the dishes were outstanding and must try their TOYA restaurant. *Amazing rooms and hotel with all amenities.* The rooms are beautifully designed and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need. The attention to detail in the decor and comfort of the rooms made our stay very enjoyable. *Must visit property.* This hotel is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Himalayas while enjoying top-notch hospitality and comfort. Visited this place ***** with my family for a short vacation and the experience was just outstanding. The property is well maintained with decent room size and multiple cusine options at the restaurants. The property has something for everyone starting with Kids Area and Pool for kids to Recreational arcade and restaurant for Adults. Hotel organises high tea for the resident guests in the evening with activities like Tambola which further Enhances your experience. Special.mention to Priyanka, Shivam and Anshul for taking great care of us at the restaurant. Kudos to Amardeep and his team for managing the resort so well and offering exceptional hospitality. Would surely recommend to everyone looking for a shirt break in the lap of nature.

Me and my husband went here for a quiet staycation for two nights initially, but the property is so beautiful and providing excellent service that we extended our stay for one more night. Extremely hospitable staff and great amenities. We got personal attention from chefs there, chef Kamlesh and chef Ashish. Great food. The resort is very beautiful, spacious and aesthetic rooms, and provides an array of in house activities. There is a Pan Asian restaurant, Toya, must visit there for food and ambience. Must visit place for a peaceful relaxing time with family.

I visited the resort with my family. I am totally impressed with the hospitality and courteous behaviour of the staff. Hotel is built beautifully and managed by great staff. Each and every person made sure that my family had a wonderful time. We stayed there for 4 days and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay more than comfortable. From the kitchen to the front office, everyone had a lovely smile. Some people deserve a special mention as they were beyond the mark: Chef Ashish and Kamlesh: These people were amazing!! They made sure that our food preferences are taken care of. Aalam from Akasa: His smile and courteous nature truly won our hearts. He always served us with the utmost passion and warmth. Priyanka, Karan, Anshul, Hina, Lib, Roshni, Sunil were also very hospitable. Thank you once again to the entire team for a wonderful time. My family wants to visit again for sure!

Food staff was excellent specially Lilly and Anshul. Kids Area department was good, but outdoor kids Area require more space, Reena treat so well in Playing Area. Room Cleaning department was also good. But the only bad experience with Reception area, Aditi and Naitik .They argue alot with us, they took more than hour for check in and behaviour was so rude. Rest all good, GM 👍

My family and I recently stayed at the Westin, Himalayas Rishikesh and our experience was nothing short of amazing. The property is very well maintained and has something for every age group. From the kids zone to the pool for kids, to the good eating outlets and recreational area for adults, there was never a dull moment during our stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a balcony that gave us a miraculous view of the valley and poolside. The hospitality of the staff was great and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Special mention to Priyanka, Anshul, and Shivam for taking good care of us at the restaurant. They were always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The resort is perfect for families looking for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. The kids had a blast at the pool and the Hi-tea organized by the resort. Overall, I highly recommend the Westin, Himalayas Rishikesh for anyone looking for a great family vacation. The property and staff are exceptional and we can't wait to go back! One of my best moments with the lovely staff. After reading an article about the 15 most beautiful pools from Marriott, I was intrigued to choose Westin Himalaya as my birthday trip destination. It was an absolutely fantastic decision. The property itself is breathtaking, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible warmth and care displayed by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I could sense their genuine dedication to ensuring a memorable experience for every guest. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to several individuals who made my stay truly exceptional. Ms. Pedenla at the front desk deserves special recognition for her assistance during check-in, which made settling in a breeze. The surprise birthday decorations arranged by the housekeeping team added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued. For a refreshing morning, make sure to join the yoga class held at 6:30 AM in the front yard. The experienced yoga instructor made it easy to follow, and it was a delightful experience. The dining experience at the resort was nothing short of outstanding. Every dish we tried was a culinary delight, and the kindness and professionalism of the F&B team elevated the experience even further. Ms. Lilly, with her beautiful smile, always ensured a warm welcome at Akasa, setting the tone for a delightful dining experience. Ms. Priyanka's menu suggestions were invaluable, helping me confidently navigate the local cuisine. Special thanks also to Mr. Kamal, Ankit, and Anshul for their great efforts in enhancing my dining experience. And, of course, my gratitude extends to the talented chefs whose creations delighted my palate with every bite. The location ambience is perfect for a vacation but what could elevate the experience of our stay made us feel really uncomfortable and disheartened. We were greeted by unpleasant smiles of the front desk Aditi who was very rude to us and made our checkin procedure an hour long due to another person with a same name she denied us of our basic requirements and wasn't very helping. However the staff at the resturant covered it up with help of Shiza, Priyanka, Ankit Roshni, specially Chef Sunisha from Thailand who prepared her spl tofu starter without onion and garlic for my mother in law. The lag of reception n room service was what made us wonder how this property is being tagged with giants of Marriott.
