Cooperative and welcoming staff
Lots of cafe around.
Internet service should be upgraded, difficult to login and acres in the room.
The hotel guest should have access to pool/gym without extra charges.

You're at a disadvantage in terms of room rates. You can check in locally for only 55 US dollars a night, which is more than 100 RMB cheaper than Ctrip.
