I passed three nights at Sasan hotel, it was nice. The stuff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
The only thing which was missing was the boiler to boil water and drink some coffee or tea. And the hotel is near to a street which makes a bit noise of cars.

The room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. The only good thing about it was the service, since the receptionist was very polite and helpful.

Although the accommodation fee was cheap, the room was clean, and at around 9 o'clock in the morning, the hotel staff came to change the amenities.
I ate kubide kebab at 150 toman at the hotel in the restaurant! It was cheap and delicious!
I think it's a great hotel for a solo traveler!
The nearest station is far away on foot, so I think it would be better to use an app such as snapp when traveling from here.
