The first night I arrived, the central air conditioner in the house on the right after the elevator came out had enough hot air, but the house on the left where I lived did not have hot air, and there was no hot water for bathing. The problem was resolved the next morning. The breakfast is not rich, but the price of this hotel is very cheap, and the breakfast is already good. There is no bread, only pancakes. The pancakes are very hard and chewy and cannot be chewed directly. The most delicious thing is to spread the Iranian breakfast special dish tomato scrambled egg paste thickly on top of the chewy hard pancakes, and the pancakes become soft and easy to bite. Yes, it’s delicious.

I asked for my room to be cleaned 5 times and each time I was told that the staff were busy! Call tomorrow!!! My room was never cleaned!! The breakfast restaurant was the worst and filthiest restaurant I have ever seen in my life! You lose your appetite there, full of flies, never a milk container had milk Only staff had respect and tried to be friendly. Not recommended. They should learn to clean and be reliable again, guests should not ask for cleaning!

The service was very bad. No room cleaning was done in the 5 days of my stay. Even though I asked for room cleaning, they said they would do it halfway and completed 5 days. Bathroom shampoo, soap and towels were not available for 4 days except the first day. Breakfast is between 7-10 am. When we usually went down to breakfast at 9, there was no tea for 4 days. When we request it, they say it's over. There was nothing missing for breakfast on the last day.

The rooms are dirty, sheets are synthetic, there are no bathroom equipment, there is only one towel in the room, like sandpaper.

I went to the hotel to rest, but the room and bed were not clean. In the hallway, people were busy with renovation all day and fuel oil smelled all the time, so I changed my hotel on the day without saying anything because my woman had passed through the heating oil. There was blood on the bed. They asked me to pay for the bed even though the blood was not ours, and told us that blood cannot be cleaned with water and that you have to pay a million tomans. Old and fantastically dirty hotel. Twilight throughout the hotel, sticky floors and dirt, rubbish in the hallway, room, dining room. The bed linen was washed to such an extent that it is not clear whether it was washed at all? Dirty windows through which it is difficult to see even in sunny weather. Dirt on the floor in the dining room, the tables are stained, the cleanliness of the cutlery is so-so. The plumbing is old, the toilet bowl lives its own life, draws water and flushes itself arbitrarily (day and night). There is no Internet, the router is just for the icon on the phone to be on. This is not a hotel but a disaster, I ran away from it on the second day. The hotel really needs to be closed!
