We just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel! Our two boys are 3 & 4 and they honestly had the best time! The hotel is so well catered to young children. The staff are so friendly and the animation team are brilliant with both the adults and kids! There is always something to do going on in the hotel and the evening entertainment was great! The pools are lovely and plenty of sunbeds which we had no issues getting everyday. The room itself was a great size and we had a huge terrace! We were bed and breakfast, the selection every morning had everything anyone could want! We've already booked to go back again next year🙈

Very similar to a large hostel with good bungalows (with a kitchenette, kettle, microwave) many children, many small pools on the territory There is a shop on site (prices are above average), a cafe where you can buy breakfast / dinner The disadvantage is that there is no access to the sea-ocean, as such. (there is a certain bay on the territory, more like a paddling pool) To swim you need to go along the promenade along the sea to the beach

Extremely welcoming staff and clean reception area, every member of staff took the time to greet us and smile! The decor is well considered and provides a luxury feel. We were offered a complimentary coffee whilst we waited for our room to be ready. The room has everything you need and we had a lovely view of the Arrecife coast. The beds were comfortable as were the other amenities with bonus points for a great bathroom and powerful shower! Towards the evening we spent time on the top floor in the hotels 'Solarium' which featured a hot tub and more glorious views of the Arrecife coast. We would not hesitate to book again as we found our stay to represent excellent value!

Just returned from a memorable week in Lanzarote. Staying in these wonderful apartments. It was my husband’s 50th birthday and we had a week to remember. I couldn’t recommend Jable Bermudas apartments enough. The food, the amenities the overall experience was fantastic. We will definitely be back. The staff were friendly and the location was on point. We received an email just before we left to say there was work going on in the apartments and I can safely say you would barely know it was happening. Very thoughtful of your stay. 100% recommend. 🌞😎

Nice looking hotel with a friendly welcome when we checked in. The Room We had booked a sea view, hot tub room. After reading peoples reviews I sent an email before we traveled asking about sun on the balcony. I was told sun is on the balcony for half the day and we accepted this. This was not true and the balcony did not get any sun. The hot tub is more like a bath and you are overlooked by street passers by. Certainly not worth the money and only used once. The bath took around 45 mins to fill up which is hardly positive for the environment. Tip - room only sea view with open roof balcony. All inclusive? At check in offered all inclusive for €59 each per day. We declined and the best decision we ever made. The hotel is perfectly located and you have a huge range of bars, restaurants and shops on our doorstep. The average large beer cost is between €2\3 and a good quality steak €17 Tip - 100% not Restaurant Nightmare. Total lack of staff full stop. Breakfast. Wacky races. 1. Fight your way into the seating area. 2. Find a table that is not piled high of dirty dishes. 3. Find staff to locate cutlery and a cup for coffee and glass for juice. 4. Only 2 coffee points so wait in a long line then read instructions to work the machine after a time give up and use the filtered coffee next to the machine. 5. Enter the food area and join another long line of grumpy people waiting for the single member of staff servicing eggs, omelettes and pancakes. Very narrow area that also houses bread. 6. Return to table stressed then listen to death row music over and over again. Dinner. Much the same with rather bland similar food each day. Still searching for a table, then hunt down service for cutlery, and drinks. We complained most days as it was simply terrible and very stressful. We got an hour in the spa area which does not cut it. We stopped going as we started and ended the day stressed. Pool areas Very nice. No issues. You can however see the same people reserving a bed at 7am! Seriously they had no shortage. No one to stop them and insufficient staff in any case. Location 10/10. So very central So in short. Nice hotel but major issues that need to be resolved. We go away to relax and this whole situation was wholly unacceptable

Just back from an amazingly relaxing week staying at the Oasis Lanz. From the moment my daughter and I arrived to the moment we left, we were able to totally relax in the beautiful, clean and classy surroundings. Everything felt so easy, like the hotel had thought of all our needs and provided them without us having to ask. The room was huge, clean, comfy bed, lovely big balcony with handy clothing rack for drying wet clothes, fridge, safe, TV etc. Everything worked and was in great condition. Room was made up daily, fresh towels etc and felt like new coming back after the cleaners had been in. Breakfast was superb, plenty of tables, no waiting to be seated. Very chilled vibe, lots of choices and everything I sampled was delicious from cooked breakfast to freshly made pancakes. We spent a lot of time at the pool nearest our room and loved it. Clean, perfect temperature, loads of loungers and the poolside bar for refreshments! On the odd occasion we needed something (taxi booked to airport/somewhere to leave bags after check out/ grab a shower before leaving) the staff at reception couldn't have been more helpful. Location wise it's perfect, so close to both beaches, restaurants and shops. Thanks for a great stay and hope to get back.

Stayed with family- 2 kids aged 8&12yrs. Didn’t have high expectations as was a cheap holiday. However have been pleasantly surprised by how good it has been. Lots to do, the entertainment lads were fantastic- really friendly and good with the kids. Activities such as bowling, football, crazy golf (all free), and bingo for 1euro. Pool bar reasonably priced, staff there friendly. A relaxed and friendly vibe thought out the complex. Only issue would be no air con- not a problem for us at this time of year but would be very hot in the summer months. Location wise- within walking distance of 3 beaches. The first (Bastian) the smallest & sea can be choppy if windy, but great for exploring the rocks & pools. Second beach up has lots of fish. Take some food to give them and you will be surrounded! Lots of restaurants & bars nearby… too much choice actually and difficult to find food better than mediocre. I would recommend Los Amigos for food. Serving tapas and other local cuisine. Absolutely amazing and reasonably priced. It’s hidden away but easy to find- sign posted on the right as you walk down to Bastian beach. There’s an Italian on the road down to the beach too (can’t remember the name but it began with an S!). We didn’t go, but were told it was nice and it was always booked up. I would like there to be a rating between AVERAGE and VERY GOOD, and this hotel was above average, and below very good - there needs to be a GOOD rating- but this is trip advisors fault not the hotels! I stayed with a friend, in a junior suite 2-9th June 2023. Let’s start with the room. We arrived around midday and our room was ready – hurrah- super friendly, knowledgeable receptionist checked us in, gave us a load of info and a map and off we went! The excitement turned into a little bit of disappointment when we realised that instead of the 2 single beds pushed together, as depicted in every single solitary photo of a junior suite, it was one double bed – not ideal for friends holidaying together. The shower was VAST – very impressive but it was let down by the grout on the floor of the bathroom which was grubby and could do with replacing. The room itself was clean, big, and bed comfortable, with air con, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Cleaned daily (except cups etc which were randomly not) – by exceptionally friendly cleaning staff. We had an issue with the bathroom on the first night, whereby we created a paddling pool in the shower room due to a blocked drain! -Quick trip to reception and super friendly Mr fix it man was with us in 5 minutes, fixing the issue, which never reoccurred. The restaurant had a fab selection of differing foods, always something to suit all tastes, and a chef always cooking you up something – eggs/omelettes/fresh fish/chicken etc. Mountains of fresh salad, fruit and bread – and snacks pretty much all day! Restaurant staff were all amazingly polite, friendly, and attentive. Bars were what you would expect of a 3*, local wine, spirits, premade cocktails, and once again amazingly polite, friendly, attentive staff. The pool was lovely and warm, with nice views looking down to the sea – never had an issue with getting a sunbed, but there is limited space around the pool area. I believe the other side of Flora is much quieter if you don’t like 4000 inflatables, and their young owner’s noise. The hotel is on a hill…… very pleasant stroll down, under 3 euro in a taxi back – not an issue at all. With a taxi rank just outside the hotel getting back to the airport was nice and easy to (approx. 20 euro). There was only one real thing that let this hotel down, the entertainment- whilst some of the live music acts were great the male half of the entertainment team (which consists of 2 people), really did not have his mind on the job at all. If you are going to work in entertainment you need to be enthusiastic 24/7, with both adults and kids, or they will lose interest fast. Which I witnessed on several occasions. Don’t put out water polo nets and walk away to chat to another member of staff, not even asking if anyone wants to play, don’t do 1 song at the mini disco, not engage the kids(more than once), and again walk away to chat to more staff members, don’t roll your eyes when someone asks you to repeat a qui
