Quite clean and fragrant. Unfortunately, the placement of the window is not right, because it goes through to the next corridor, so it is not soundproof. You can hear people walking, or you can clearly see the housekeeping activities on duty. A little disturbing. Just a suggestion, if you make a smoking room, rearrange the placement of the window properly, so that guests also feel safe and comfortable. The condition of the window is also damaged, the sliding cannot be closed properly. Need to rejuvenate the color of the room paint, the bathroom floor and shower are leaking. The AC is not cold enough and looks worn out. Amenities are also incomplete. Only 1 toothbrush, 2 towels, soap and shampoo in one, only 1 slipper

Place is beautiful. Room is spacious but needs more cleaning to get rid off the white stains. Cheap and a great place to stay. Near to cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to mcd and malls.

Hotel is nice and quite central placed to all attractions and malls in Surabaya. Service was top notch and I love how there are water dispensors near each floor's lift lobby to help eliminate plastic waste and encourage reusable bottles. The only critique I have is that the towels and toilet seat look quite old. The fibers are sparce and thin, and the seat is visibly glued back after it broke). Hairdryer is also available only on request.
Otherwise, it is a really nice hotel and I will definitely still come back here the next time I am in Surabaya.

This is my first time staying at the Santika Pandegiling Hotel in Surabaya, I am quite satisfied because it meets my expectations. The facilities and quality of service are of a 4-star class. That's why I ended up staying an extra night for a total of two nights. Suggestions for parking guest cars should be protected from rain and heat outside the building on the west side of the hotel.

This is the umpteenth time staying at this hotel. It is getting better day by day. The room is very clean, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean and the atmosphere is very calm. Here is also free drinking water, making tea and coffee. Another very special thing is the very proper prayer room ... It is very comparable to the price anyway
