"Was offered and took the upsell to one tier above what I paid for. Overall stay was pleasant with good service, though the breakfast buffet felt it could have sourced better fresh produce suppliers in some parts like vegetables, dairy, and carbs. The pastry section was really good and the coffee was also good. Last but not least, the swimming pool had a couple of caterpillars near the greens and makeshift waterfall feature. Those suprised the kids a bit, but they didn't scare them much, still had fun."

"New hotel, when I stayed maybe just a few weeks opening so for the facilities still good and new. Overall it is very good including service, but there are some things that need to be improved, especially for motorbike parking where the access is very steep and leaning and narrow road, which I think can harm guests. Then for the cleanliness of the room, the floor was so dirty that made me keep lifting slippers when in the room because I didn't get a sliper, for the bathroom also the water was bounced. but more plus for this price,because there is a balcony and the room is soundproofed too."

"I was pleased with my experience staying at Hotel Bisanta Bidakara. The building is kinda old, but the room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, closet for hanging clothes, refrigerator, and a relaxing bathtub. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast with a diverse range of dishes, including nasi goreng, pecel, bubur ayam, spaghetti, nasi kuning, and many more. However, there were a few issues that arose during my stay. The air conditioning unit failed to turn on for about 20 minutes, the remote control screen was blurry, and there was a noticeable noise from the machine. Fortunately, the AC was able to function again after a short while. While there is room for improvement, the hotel's comfortable rooms, the wonderful breakfast experience and responsive staff make it a good choice for those looking for accommodation in Surabaya."

"This is the umpteenth time staying at this hotel. It is getting better day by day. The room is very clean, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean and the atmosphere is very calm. Here is also free drinking water, making tea and coffee. Another very special thing is the very proper prayer room ... It is very comparable to the price anyway"
