We were a group with many participants staying at Tara hotel, Jogjakarta. The check-in process was quite fast and smooth. It's just that the floors in our room seem a bit rarely cleaned, because after we walk in a room without slippers and look at our feet, it looks dirty. And then when breakfast had a lot of menus gone but it was a bit late to fill up so we had to wait a little longer until the food was filled again. For a long time ordering eggs, it doesn't seem like the officers are ready for a lot of visitors so a little trouble. Should have coordinated between sections, so the kitchen guys briefing early that there will be a group with a lot of participants having breakfast at the same time. So the kitchen can anticipate it first so it's not a problem and quickly fill up the menu that's already gone.

First room was not good.. Air Conditioning has terrible sounding, bathroom door, towels were dirty. Then reported to receptionist. I met with higher personnel for the hotel, then I reported with condition of the room. Then she gave me a better room than the first one. But, still towels and bed linen are old and look dirty.
