Both of the pillows cover smells no so good amd one of them partly tear off. Need to be renewed as it was mentioned by the room boy, it has been ordered for quiet long time but never been followed up.
This occurs several times during my regular visit as i have to travel there to visit my daughter.
Proper control of the customer services need to be adhered to approproately.

staying at the same time as the East Java Provincial Government so all the rooms were full, finally the room was upgraded to an executive in the basement, there was no lift so you had to take the stairs, luckily the room was very spacious, and not next to the athletes.
