MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA, es un FRAUDE, en verdad tendríamos que denunciar quienes fuimos violentado y engañados por este pésimo hotel , te hacen reservación sin darte a conocer todos sus disque reglamentos , porque más que hotel parece que te prestarán y te hicieran favor ellos de quedarte hay , no te dicen que ya no te dan de cenar después de las 6:20, se creen dueños de la playa porque ni aún hay puedes llevar tu hielera y esto es violacion a espacio abierto público federal , aparte si reclamas por sus modos tan feos cuando pides ayuda y ya te hacen enojar , mandan ala policía para sacarte y no te regresan tu dinero , este hotel debería ser clausurado

Un lugar muy sucio en la parte de la playa…pañales sucios, llantas, etc. Aunado a que no se puede meter al mar ya que es abierto y agitado. El restaurante es una burla, la comida cara y los platillos con lo mínimo necesario, sin sazón. Te vende un cuarto con vista al mar que no existe. Por otro lado la alberca, los jardines y el cuarto en el que me quedé excelentes, bien cuidados y limpios, el detalle de los cangrejos que andan en los jardines está súper bien.

Me gusta el concepto Ecológico de. Sus cabañas; ideales para descansar y desconectarse del ambiente de ciudad. La comida Excelente, muy muy rica. Quizá lo único es que el Restaurante cierra a las 8 pm.

No se podía usar la alberca , estaba en limpieza por que hubo un incidente con un cliente.... familia tomando botellas de torres a la orilla de la alberca con su bocina a todo volumen, esa misma familia con escándalo a las 12 de la noche, no se podia descansar... una señora nos fue a tocar antes de las 6 am. Preguntando por cosas olvidadas ya que la noche anterior ella estuvo en lo misma habitación y la cambiaron...me comentó que de la administración le dijeron que fuera a preguntarme....mala experiencia estuvimos de viernes a domingo

La vista que dicen que da al mar da a un techo con tubos. El aire muy debido y la ventana del baño no cerraba. No hay puerta hacia el balcón, la puerta al balcón PORFAVOR vean la foto! Cables parchados afuera y sin tubo, osea peligrosos.

Un hotel agradable y muy familiar. Es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario para descansar y divertirse. Incluso mi mascota se la pasó increíble, las instalaciones fueron adecuadas para ella. De hecho, te dan un kit de mascota que incluye tazones, agua y bolsitas para su popó. Además el personal la trató amablemente. Fue una buena experiencia.

Padrísimas instalaciones, riquísima comida, excelente ubicación e impecable atención. Fuimos con bebé de un año y todo excelente, en la playa, el pasto, alberca y demás amenidades del hotel. Gracias!!
