Hotel location and service staff are great. Complimentary drinks/breakfast provided. Room is below expectation. Room has an odor and the staff handed us a spray to mask it which did not help. Maybe it’s the bedsheets. Room door latch is missing. Toilet bidet spray is also missing. We like the strong water pressure though. Very basic amenities provided (1 bath towel, shower/shampoo, toothbrush/toothpaste only). We requested for an extra set of towel and toiletries and were ask to pay RM10. Not sure if this is the norm but we would usually tip the staff anyway.

The location is very good, close to many eating places! There are many hotpot places nearby for dinner and dessert places for post dinner/supper snacks
Room had a buzzing sound and the location is above a karaoke. The issues are known to the management as they provide earplugs.
No fridge but seven-eleven is nearby

The cleanliness can be improved, there were stains on the bedsheet and the room was quite dusty. The room doesn’t comes with hand soap too.. bathroom hygiene can also be improved. But love the hotel receptionist and location.
