KSL Hot Spring Resort

I had an incredible stay at KSL Hot Spring Resort Johor Bharu from 25th to 29th August 2025. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming ambiance and the impeccable service. Staying on the 11th floor, I enjoyed breathtaking views of the city skyline, which made mornings and evenings all the more special. Room: The room was spacious, modern, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep after long days of exploring. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the bathroom was spotless, with high-quality toiletries that added a nice touch. I also appreciated the convenience of the in-room coffee and tea making facilities. Facilities: The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring experience. The resort offers a relaxing and rejuvenating hot spring bath, and it's the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The other facilities, including the pool, gym, and spa, were all well-maintained and provided excellent service. Location: KSL Hot Spring Resort is conveniently located, with easy access to shopping malls, dining options, and local attractions in Johor Bahru. The resort is also family-friendly, with activities and amenities catering to all ages. Service: The staff were friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasant. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was smooth, and they were always available to help with any requests or questions. Overall Experience: Overall, I had an amazing experience and highly recommend KSL Hot Spring Resort to anyone visiting Johor Bharu. Whether you're here for a short getaway or an extended stay, the resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation, luxury, and convenience.

The hotel towel is stained. Please take note whenever you stay at this hotel and is totally disappointing

Went in for a night's getaway. Check-in and out was a breeze- bcos no queues, no crowds. Too breezy that even parking gantry is not even closed, no need for registration of TPG cards, no security 🤭🤨. Toiletries were too basic with soaps and toothbrushes only. Stuffs like q-tip, shower cap, sanitary bag were not there. Not sure if they missed out or its meant to be like tht. But for $100/night, its something to look into. Breakfast was basic but acceptable pastries,western, nasi lemak,fried noodle. Cafe was very hot, poor ventilation. Good for relaxing only cos hotel has nothing much to offer. Have to drive around for food and shop.

Breakfast is pretty decent, the amenities close pretty early, room is clean and neat and staff is friendly but pillow is too soft 🤣

My choice of hotel when accompanying my husband business travel. Decent room size, gave you the luxury vibe, the breakfast is delicious especially nasi lemak but not really varieties. All of the staff are friendly. The hot springs are nice but they are not natural hot spring

Stayed in a superior room. Very basic amenities in toilet includes 2 toothbrushes and a tiny bar soap. Breakfast provided has limited varieties. Went to the gym but was disappointed there is a water dispenser but no water as the empty water bottle was not replaced.
