Services: 4/5 The buffet offered a decent variety and quantity, including three types of fruit: guava, orange, and watermelon. However, there wasn’t much staff around, with only front desk and buffet staff present. We helped ourselves to towels before going to the spa, and umbrellas were also available. Amenities: 5/5 I loved the spa; it felt unique compared to other hotels. Though it looks a bit old, unlike reviews I’ve read online claiming the hot spring was cold, there was indeed a hot spring available. There is actually one hot spring and two cold ones, and with separate areas for men and women, we felt safe. Cleanliness: 3/5 This was the downside of our stay. While the room appeared neat and tidy at first, the floor was dusty, with dust collecting in the corners around the room. The mirrors were also stained. Location: 3/5 The hotel isn’t close to any establishments, so we needed to use Grab to get anywhere. Overall, it was a good experience, and we might still return if we’re in the mood for a relaxing hot spring visit.

Great location as it is near to places we frequent. Apartment was ok. Security is tight which is good. Downside is only one car allowed to park at designated lot despite it being a family friendly apartment. We had 6 adults and a toddler. The apartment we got is not kids friendly. Remotes for TV and aircon were missing batteries and not working well. The balcony was missing a wooden panel. Luckily I noticed so I had to keep the sliding doors locked at all times as I have a toddler. Toilet floors were super slippery when wet and we fell as a result. Furnitures and appliances were dated, beds/mattresses had squeaking sounds. Overall ok lah for short stay. Not the most comfy but bearable. Might come back again as the location is convenient for us.

Reasonable price for a budget hotel. Water heater and air condition worked well. No toiletries, bedroom slippers were included but 7-11 store is nearby. Many F&B, convenience stores and all sorts of shops nearby. Rooms, corridors and lobby are brightly lit and clean. Towels and sheets were clean and soft. Kitchen is available on the ground floor. Free use of computer and wifi in the lobby. Wifi signal in the room was suitable for reading news, emails and texting. Parking outside the hotel is not free; parking for the public. The family room (4 pax) I booked via Hotels.com was actually unavailable. The receptionist said she could not cancel my booking. I was compelled to accept 2 smaller rooms, instead of 1 family room, for the same price. Spouse and I had to sleep in separate rooms with each child. Wifi signal in the room was not 'strong' enough for online, fast-paced, action packed games. Windows of rooms face other shops/buidings; no fantastic views.
