Nestled in the picturesque village of Arthur's Point, the hotel provided a serene and peaceful setting. The rooms were stylishly appointed, featuring modern amenities and breathtaking mountain views. The attentive staff and exquisite dining options contributed to an unforgettable stay in this scenic part of New Zealand.

The hotel is a bit dated and could use some renovations, especially in the rooms, to improve the overall comfort for guests. Moreover, the wifi was very poor, cannot be used the internet at all, should improve! However, the front desk staff provides excellent service in the morning, and they offer great recommendations for local attractions.

Facility is a bit old but serves the purpose.

This place is too close to comfortable

The town is not big, but the scenery is very nice. The hotel is a bit old, but the front desk is quite friendly. After negotiation, we were given a room on the first floor (because there is no elevator and we don't want to carry luggage upstairs), and unexpectedly upgraded to a triple room for free. Although we still only sleep in two beds, the room is much bigger and we are very satisfied and grateful.

Good value for money, hotel location and price are no problem. The facilities are comprehensive beyond imagination, including billiards and table tennis. But the hotel is old and the carpet has smell.
