Beautiful to a hotel without friends! highly recommended! The cabin feels beautiful, the room is comfortable and the meals are delicious! The waiter is warm and friendly! Drink beer snacks are all free! Affordable for this price! The scenery is super beautiful! I don't have any other photos that don't look good!

We accidently booked the wrong day through an app we used, and we called the Bella Vista Motel immediately to let them know and they were beyond helpful and understanding. It was a non-refundable booking, however within minutes the front of house manager was able to sort the booking and said we could use the booking for the date we actually wanted. Really lovely guy and understanding. The room was clean, facilities were hot and honestly for the money I don't think you could get much better. We stayed at a 4 star hotel in QT and it was rubbish compared to this place. The WIFI was super fast, able to watch films between the 3 of us, download, etc. It had something insane like 1TB of data to use, all free of charge. Had a sink, kettle, all the usual stuff and honestly top class. Well done guys, will stay again if we do another great walk!!

The top 10 holiday park hotel is a chain motel. The park is very comfortable and you can park your car at your door. The room we stayed in can accommodate six people but they charged us for three people. It is very humane. The reception procedures are simple and there is no need for facial recognition like in China. When you stay in similar motels, you will get a floor plan of the park, which allows you to see the location of your room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and bathroom at a glance.

The staff are generally friendly however the service is not up to expectation. We are suppose to checkin at 2/3pm, and had a confirmation called from the hotel in the morning. However, when I arrived at 4pm, I was told that it’s not ready and they need till 5:30pm to have the room ready. The place was under renovation and it’s messy and dusty, but the room is nice and clean. Overall it’s good with nice view.

The Chinese boss is very friendly, and the restaurant he introduced is also very good. The room is very large, with beds in the living room and room. It can accommodate 5-6 people without any problem, and the kitchen is easy to use. The next day we set off at 7 o'clock in the morning, but the boss hadn't come yet. We called him and told him to store our luggage and come back to pick it up in the afternoon. The boss was very kind and even helped us put half a bottle of milk in the refrigerator. Recommended.

The landlord is very welcoming. He contacted us in advance to help us choose a room. Because we have children with us, the landlord enthusiastically recommended that we live on the second floor. The location is in Te Aru, there is no lake view to see, it takes about 2 or 3 minutes to walk to the lake, the door just happens to be parking, the open kitchen, the kitchen is a bit like a bar, only the toaster can toast and soak. It is not too convenient to boil water and cook with utensils. There is a wardrobe, but there is a quilt in the wardrobe, and the hangers cannot be taken out. There is no drying rack. The most dissatisfied is the toilet, the washbasin is too short, the hot and cold water is difficult to adjust, and the bending is very uncomfortable, not because I am tall, my height is medium, and then there is only one bathtub, but really how many now Individuals can lie in the bathtub? Most have showers, so you can only stand in the bathtub and shower, and the toilet is in the bathroom next door. To be honest, motels are everywhere in Te Anau. But in high mountain areas, it is not too demanding.

Location right on the highway and loud, if *** the cabin has in the direction. Very noisy also in between the residential sections. In the washroom a hair dryer and a towel dryer went from many. In our room, the bin was emptied when we were taking a shower. A clothesline was also suspended and the door locked, which we had left open for the short absence. We had to ask the lady to unlock us as we did not get in anymore. She pointed out that we should dry the laundry outside (on the washing day it rained ...). We felt that everything was a bit overblown. Scarce ***** t Euro are clearly too much!
