"The rooms are quite small and lack basic amenities like a coffee maker or kettle. Breakfast offers a variety of options, but most items are served cold, and the restaurant staff rarely replenish the buffet. While the check-out process was smooth, check-in was poorly managed—we were initially given a room that was already occupied, which was both awkward and concerning."

"Location is good but difficult to call for bolt taxis as there is no stopping area outside the hotel. Also there is no parking area. There is no bell boy service so you have to take your bags yourself. Rooms are good and specious. Bathrooms are good as well. Housekeeping doesn’t speak any English so difficult to get through or order anything. Use the app through the QR code give. In the room. They don’t give milk for coffee but that seems to be the standard in Tbilisi hotels. We had a double deluxe room."

"Needs to improve on the breakfast. Room size was good, rooms were bright n cheery, location was great, check-in staff and room cleaning service staff were polite and professional, room cleaning was good too. What stood out most was the free flow coffee, tea and the cookies 24-7 and a very huge area in the lobby to sit around n enjoy the afternoon or night!"

"The hotel was good clean and nice the location is good as well walkable areas and there is metro station very very close. Only the breakfast is not very much but still was nice and there is no personal items for using on the room you have to call and ask them for it. Overall is a good hotel"

"When we arrived at the hotel, the manager welcomed us including the receptionist (Lasha). He was an amazing person who helped my stay very comfortable. He helped my order food and made sure everything was very comfortable. This goes the same for hotel manager Mariam. She offered us a room change to a higher level with amazing views when requested. She made sure our stay was very comfortable and ensured everything to our likings. Our trip was short however the amazing hotel made it worth every penny."

"Brosse Garden Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Tbilisi. Everything you need is close by. from small convenience stores just around the corner to the lively Orbeliani Bazaar, where you can enjoy fresh produce and local flavors. The hotel itself is very comfortable, with clean rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. The central location makes it easy to get anywhere in the city, yet it still feels quiet and relaxing. A perfect balance of comfort and accessibility!"

"Wonderful place. Definitely acceded expectations. Great view - you’ll be no longer surprised by any tourists viewpoint of the city. I wouldn’t walk up there with a luggage, just choose taxi, but after it is just fine if you expect to walk around the old town anyway.  Very nice breakfast selection. And the stuff is very attentive. Exceptionally clean rooms. And I truly enjoyed its stylistic choice.  But the most important - the people! Thank you for your hospitality! I’ll definitely see you next time!"

"The staff is top, they will answer everything, they will help, they are in touch - 0 complaints I stayed there twice at the beginning and at the end of my trip to Georgia. The first time everything was perfect, the second time there were not enough gels in the room and the Internet on the TV did not work. The staff quickly fixed everything The rooms are new, neat, clean. The city center is nearby, it is ideal to walk, the only thing is that the hotel is on the mountain - so you will have to do some cardio to get there) But it is useful. There is a spa, a bank, a square, a cafe nearby - no complaints"

"The hotel is 40 minutes from the sights. But walking to them is comfortable, on a beautiful street, with lots of cafes and shops. Don't go to the mountain. The hotel itself is cozy, the room is clean, tidy. Comfortable bed, closet with hangers, Wi-Fi TV, table, mini refrigerator, safe, vaporizer, fan. We had a room on the second floor first there was a bath with a shower, then one night moved to the fifth floor, in a bathtub and a jacuzzi. The trouble is that there is a scent of sewage. Not strong but there is. Don't forget to close the door to the bathroom. Breakfast was quite diverse, there were three days of dishes never repeated. Additions yes, standard (cotch of two kinds, cheese, butter, fresh tomato cucumber, leaf salad) tea coffee, juice. Hotel recommends!"
