Hotel Four Brothers

The hotel is located in an unsightly alley, next to dilapidated houses. It felt like there had been a bombing or an earthquake. The hotel was booked through ***********, where this establishment was presented as a hotel, but in reality it turned out to be some kind of gloomy guest house. Upon arrival, we were unpleasantly shocked that our room was located in the basement, with virtually no windows. Although the reservation indicated that the room was located on the first floor. After long proceedings with hysterics and screams, the hotel staff offered to cancel the reservation for ***********, so as not to pay them commission interest, while promising not to charge us a penalty for canceling the reservation, and from the next day they provided us with more -less decent family room. We still had to spend the night in the basement one night... However, after leaving the hotel, we were again unpleasantly shocked that the hotel still charged us a fine for canceling our reservation. We are very upset by this kind of “hospitality” from the hotel staff and we highly recommend avoiding these ruins if you don’t want to ruin your mood from your trip to Tbilisi. Then it turned out that for the same money it was possible to rent a room in decent hotels in the same area. Pros: good breakfast and walking distance to the city's attractions.
