Simple hotel a bit far from the center but you can get there in 10-15 minutes walking. The woman at breakfast, although she doesn't speak English, is super nice but the owner is a bit unfriendly. For the price it's pretty good.

The hotel is located in a residential area. The room had a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The staff was polite, they spoke Russian. The room was on the 4th floor next to the elevator. The walls are very thin, there is no soundproofing at all - in the morning, when you especially want to sleep in silence, you hear the stomping, loud voices of neighbors and other guests. In particular, foreigners stayed at the hotel (very noisy😁). Breakfast was included - quite tasty and varied. The staff in the kitchen speaks Russian, is polite and pleasant.

I liked the hotel, the breakfasts were wonderful. Special thanks to the woman for her baking! The reception is open 24 hours, the administration is friendly, the room has everything, the air conditioner cools perfectly.

We liked this hotel! Very good hotel, new, good rooms in modern style with a little fridge in, clean rooms. Tasty breakfast! Beautifull view from a balkon to the Tsminda Sameba cathedral. Friendly staff. Nice summer veranda to eat breakfast
