Really very rude staff with a very low customercare orientation ! Room is very small and old and very dirty ! All smells very bad ! Only good part is the location - excellent as is on the middle of the city !

Very comfy hotel at a beautiful location close to pubs, restos and walk to the city. PROS All round great hotel with all the ameneties expectes. Would recommend to get the breakfast option. CONS Nothing to complain about...everyrhing is as staed.

В постели ползали клопы, уехал прямо среди ночи оттуда , деньги они возвращать отказались , как и вникать в мою жалобу, просто проигнорировали меня. Сама гостиница мрачная, номер старый и убитый. В номере воняет затхлостью и это невозможно выветрить , открывал балкон и включал противно стонущую на весь номер вытяжку - как была вонь так и осталась. Ну в принципе выползших клопов, как только я улёгся в кровать и собрался спать - этого достаточно, чтобы на этой гостинице поставить жирный крест. Территории своей нет, стоит тесно впритык к другим зданиям, окна моего номера выходили на брошенную облупившуюся постройку с темнотой в окнах

все было супер!дружелюбный персонал.расположен в центре тбилиси в тихом спокойном месте.говорят на русском и английском языках.советую заказать этот отель.мы жили там с 4 по 8 апреля 2023года.семья бондариковы израиль хайфа.
