Communal Hotel Plekhanovi

Very nice food. Great staff. We came around 4.00 pm but still was able to order lunch menu. Food was delitious, fresh ingredients, great taste. Vaiter Georgi was very helpfull. You have eat there while visit Tbilisi.

Very cool looking hotel! Nutsa was super welcoming and friendly, she shared tons of recommendations for sightseeing & food. Whenever we needed help, she’s quick to respond & she always tried to sort out everything asap.

Amazing experience, I had a nice room with a balcony, and the interior was so beautiful. Stuff was so friendly, especially Nine. Small authentic hotel, if you want to experience a cozy small room and Georgian breakfast, I can highly recommend that place.

I have no idea how such a hotel has got a trip advisor award as it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Normally the highly rated hotels are good but this is bottom of the pile!! The location is really bad, middle of a decrepit neighborhood. nothing of interest close by. Reception - just a chair in front of main hotel entrance door with a laptop. In fact the whole hotel is run on one laptop is the feeling you get as its the most unprofessional place we had the misfortune to visit. The so-called suite overlooked a brick wall of the neighbor's building. Balcony not worth the name. First morning we were told breakfast in the room and had to let them know our choices from a list. Breakfast arrived late and piece by piece, even wrong items. Last arrival was bread, more than half hour after first item....by then coffee was cold as everything else. Staff in the restaurant were rude and disinterested. Rooms were not cleaned, and when we enquired why, we were told you did not request it!! I wonder if my review will be deleted as well, as another guest who has stated the truth, as our experience was similar. Trip Advisor has to seriously investigate this property on how it has been given this award otherwise they will lose credibility.

I recently stayed at the Communal Hotel Plekhanovi and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities. The bed was particularly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend the Communal Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel was a total mistake . Unbelievably rude staff (George in particular although all staff were more abrupt than is normal for Tibilisi where abruptness is fairly normal). Really bad location - in a run down suburb and a 15 minute taxi ride to any of the major sights. Our room had a balcony that looked onto a brick wall as did all those on this side of the property. Had booked for 2 nights but left after 1 night. Probably a good choice for a 20 something urban explorer but for anyone who travels a lot and has un understanding of what good hospitality is, then look elsewhere. I can only conclude that some of the rave reviews have been written wearing rose tinted glasses or by friends of the staffs.
