Cool hotel with a very beautiful terrace and views of the city! Comfortable beds and pillows. Located in the center, many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Sociable and pleasant staff, they suggested walking routes)) You can buy wine at the reception and drink it on the terrace)

It is very convenient to get to all the main attractions, the hotel is located in the center, in the old town. Cozy, clean, brand new, but the main plus is the amazing view from the terrace, which you can enjoy at any time of the day!

The hotel is located near the historical center with a very cool view of old Tbilisi! Rooms with balconies from where you can watch the life of the city. The terrace on the 4th floor is simply amazing. The rooms themselves are uncomfortable gray (literally), the pillows are small. The shower is not separated from the floor - there is always a lot of water and very slippery. Prehistoric hairdryer - drying long hair is torture. We had to ask for toilet paper ourselves, the cleaners don’t leave it after cleaning the room... and whether there is cleaning is a big question - the towels were changed once in 5 nights. Well, the ones for the body, at least they hang and don’t get too dirty. And what’s underfoot (under the conditions as I wrote above) gets dirty very quickly and we only had to replace it once... a very unpleasant little thing. Breakfast at the hotel is normal, but the coffee is disgusting (cold, strained). If you need to open your wine, you can go down to the reception and they will open it. And they would even give you glasses, which was very pleasing. But there is some strangeness with the iron - the iron itself is on the first floor, and the ironing board is on the 4th... Very inconvenient. In general, the administrators are friendly and ready to help. But the territory opens onto a private courtyard and not very friendly people live there. In general, we simply tried not to notice them, so as not to get into unpleasant situations. There are also cats living there, they can come and visit :) I love cats - it’s not a problem for me, I’m just glad. But for dog lovers and allergy sufferers, I do not recommend taking rooms below the 3rd floor. Another minus for the lazy is that you will have to climb the mountain every day (the climb is small but steep), but you can call a Yandex taxi. There is an elevator in the hotel itself.

We planned a trip to Tbilisi three weeks before checking into the hotel, arranged everything in advance and paid for the accommodation in full. Upon arrival at the hotel on the day of check-in, we were informed that there were no rooms available. Our surprise knew no bounds; it turned out that it was in our two rooms that emergencies occurred (a pipe burst in one room and the other was flooded) - a coincidence? Don't think. The administration was not interested in resolving the issue; they accused us of being our own fault; they supposedly wrote to me by email two days before check-in that the rooms were unavailable. Since our trip involved visiting several countries, naturally, I did not have constant communication and access to the Internet, and I did not receive any letters. This is the first time I have encountered such a negligent attitude, and I have been traveling independently for many years. All the hotel administration did was call two neighboring hotels and, of course, there were no available rooms there (we booked and paid for the hotel three weeks before the check-in date, even if the administration warned two days in advance - this is already unethical, they, like at least, they should have offered some alternatives before our arrival. After all, it’s not our fault that they had any problems). Can you imagine what it’s like to come to a foreign country, a foreign city and receive such a setup?! We ourselves looked for accommodation options available on the date of check-in (we were very lucky that we found such an option, there was only one free room left. That is, we suffered additional inconvenience - we had two separate rooms booked in the current hotel, but in fact we had to huddle in one room in another hotel), the hotel did not provide any assistance, the administration behaved extremely arrogantly and arrogantly towards us, they did not even try to understand our situation, but only blamed us for their own mistakes. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL if you don’t want to ruin your vacation and impression of the city. There are many other decent hotels in this area, with good views and cuisine. Actually, as a result, we checked into a hotel 100 meters from the current one, which we never regretted. Advice: take care of your nerves and choose another hotel!
