Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Everything starting from the room up to the breakfast was good. The staff was highly- qualified. Special thank to Marika who spent an extra effort making sure me and my friend had early breakfast before the check out.

We love our stay in Diuma Hotel. Spacious room and clean. Love the breakfast. Love the staff. Very accommodating. We stay 3 days. 😍 We only complain is the Bar beside the hotel Music until 6am i think we will definitely comeback here. Thank you

We chose this hotel based on its location and budget. The hotel is well located: you can immediately plan many walking routes in the city center, everything is nearby. Ironically, we got the room that was written about the last review. After the review was published, the walls and the bathroom were painted, the curtains and kettle were changed, the problem with the TV was solved (there are many channels, they catch well). The room has heating, we did not freeze, it heats well, but we could not turn down the radiator. The mattresses are comfortable, but in places they sag, they gave us bed linen with stains on the duvet cover ... The main disadvantage was smoking on the covered veranda, the smell of cigarettes ******* us all night! Karaoke was also audible, but not critical, we managed to fall asleep. Breakfasts were hearty, but a small selection of dishes: fried potatoes, fried sausages, croutons, tea, coffee (there is a coffee machine). But it was very cold, we had breakfast in our jackets) They offered to clean the room, but we refused, they gave us toilet paper in addition. The rooms have poor soundproofing and if you are unlucky with your neighbors, you will hear laughter and conversations. Definitely not 4 stars...

The hotel is not worthy of 3 stars at all. The hotel location is not bad in the city center. The room was shabby, the towels were dirty, the curtains were tied in something, the glass was broken, the staff smoked in the hotel and in the dining room where breakfast was served. The hair dryer was in the room, it worked, but it took a loooooong time to dry your hair. The kettle was also in the room, all covered in scale and whistling. The refrigerator is also in the room, roaring at night. There is karaoke downstairs, from where the roar of singers is heard. And also very loud. You can hear everything that happens behind the door of your room. I do not recommend this establishment, it is hard to say that it is a hotel at all. There is no service, no renovated rooms. Cleanliness - it simply does not exist there.
