Everything started well. I booked two rooms in this hotel for one night through the Ostrovok.ru website in August. Paid in advance. Confirmation came, everything was OK. We arrive at the hotel about 9 p.m. (September, 5). Tired, hungry and with suitcases. At the Reception, we are met hotel employee who informs us that he cannot move us into the rooms, as some of them are not ready to receive guests, and others are busy. He also said that Hotel wrote to us late last night to warn us about this problem, but he could not explain exactly where this e-mail or notification. After telling us this "wonderful" news, the employee with an absolutely indifferent face began to say that he did not know what we shouls do. And overbooking is anyone's fault, just not the hotel's. As a result, we had to drive around Tbilisi for another couple of hours in search of a place to stay for the night. We connected with Ostrovok.ru, but they answered only in the morning. They just returned our money.
