The hotel is located in a wonderful location, right at the foot of the Narikala fortress, overlooking the city. The beds are comfortable, the linens are clean!
The view is simply magnificent!
Now about the cons: I reduced one point for convenience due to the lack of parking. At least for planting and disembarking, you need to clear a small area and fence it off with cones.
Minus point for cleanliness because there is a strong smell in the toilet. Ventilation of the toilet room is not a solution.
Otherwise, the stay is comfortable. I would like to wish to diversify the buffet with more Georgian dishes!

The location is very good. It is only 100m away from Narikala Castle. It is also very close to the European Square and the Peace Bridge. It can be walked in 5 minutes. Excellent location for old town with easy access Ro a few spots within walking distance. The room was very clean, spacious and wonderful view on the balcony especially at night. Breakfast was very nice with a good variation over the three days we stayed there.

The hotel is located near Narikala fortress where you have a birds eye view of the city. Good time during sunset. The hotel is bright, recently renovated and clean. Staff are very attentive. Restaurant, rooftop bar and rooms have amazing views. Be prepared for a 10 min climb to reach the lobby. Enjoyed my stay!

Lovely hotel with great views over the river from your balcony or the hotels rooftop terrace. Spacious room. The hotel has been decorated with elegance and an eye for the history of the location. The archeological treasures that were found building the place are on display with a great explanation. The breakfast is abundant and in a very cosy restaurant.

We liked absolutely everything: -The personnel is amazing, kind, always helpful, speaks georgian, russian, english -The view of the city -The breakfast! From 8 to 11. A great variety of food - eggs, sausages, vegetables, salads, adjika, sausages, croissants, they make coffee of your choice (both latte and capuchinho were great), the menu slightly changes from day to day but we always had something to fill our stomachs with and feel ourselves like in a restaurant! They even made georgian salad one morning that was better than in several restaurants we visited :) -The hotel is the closest building to the Citadel. You can also start and end your day by a trip on the funicular to/from the city centre. To achieve that just take a short 10min hike up the stairs in the mountain and use the transport card (the one-way cost was 2.5 lari in Jan 2023). An amazing experience that we’ve never had in other cities. -The Internet was stable and fast enough for me, I did manage to successfully hold a zoom meeting with it. -There were soaps, shower gels, shampoos, tea, coffee refilled every day; slippers; a free crib was very convenient for our 4yo child -The room was warm enough, the bed was very comfortable -There was no dust under the bed! Everyday cleaning, it was so clean that we even noticed that. We had a room on the second floor. WAS NOT A DRAWBACK for us! But might be challenging for someone else. The road to the hotel is quite steep and might be slightly slippery during / after rain or snow

Stupid "pam-pam" music goes on from eight o`clock to midnight. It is impossible to hear own thoughts. The staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet may be better: it is too small with very limited selections.

I only gave 2 stars because of the receptionist attitude, she is very rude, I have never met someone that careless. I reported someone broke my suitcase lock, and the safe door was open when I came back last night, she was being sarcastic about it. Luckily I haven’t lost anything because my suitcase had 2 more side locks that didn’t get broken, and also I didn’t use the safe. I only wanted to let them know to be careful, however the worst part was the receptionist attitude, even when I went to check out few minutes later she didn’t even say a word or ask if everything is alright (Like any other Hotel staff) but instead she was chatting on the phone. Despite of a nice view I wouldn’t come back here, and so glad I only booked it for one night.
