Amazing

Nice hotel in the center. All attractions are within walking distance. For me there is not enough light, a dark room. Since the old city buildings are located very close to each other, our window looked out into just such a gap. Opposite is the Catholic Church. The design is modern, the staff is excellent, we checked in instantly in the evening, as we had problems booking another hotel. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Very meager, but you won't go hungry.

Convenient location in the center of Old Town, with nearby attractions and restaurants. The desk staff is friendly and helpful. The room condition is average and needs improvement.

We stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel mixed. Its in a great location near the old town, river and in the other direction the parliament area. The hotel room itself is smart with good decoration but small, just like the stylish but small shower room. Another problem is the walls are extremely thin and you can hear quite a bit of nose from the adjoining room even if they are not speaking particularly loudly. Breakfast was limited and for 2 of the 3 days they managed to run out of fruit juice and on one of the days yoghurt as well, so when your starting out with not a lot of choice it felt more like a snack than a full breakfast. When I asked about it they just shrugged their shoulders as if to say that's it, almost as if this is a regular occurrence, and they didn't really care. Staff were generally a little unhelpful with the exception of the younger lady on reception.

A first trip to Georgia (after several attempts) … and the centrally located Hotel City is a great place to see this amazing city from… once you work out how ‘central’ it actually is - within spitting distance of Liberty Square! Highly recommended! დიდი მადლობა

The location is very convenient, close to Liberty Square and to the old city. The double room I had was very nice, well furnished and equipped. Same for the bathroom. Maybe a bit tiny for two people with lot of luggage. The room and the bathroom were made up and cleaned every day. All the hotel looked clean. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of food, the quality was good and the food I had was tasty and fresh. The staff was kind. A special thank to the one of the guys at the front desk who helped me with a lot of patience to deal with a local call center.
