A truly wonderful stay! We stayed in the room with the terrace in the 3rd floor. Had a relaxing time having dinners in there (bought some veggies and takeaway). It is located right next to those infamous sulphur baths (highly recommended). Everything is within walking distance (botanical garden if you want to have a relaxing walk), and old buildings if you walk a bit further). The staff was also kind and helpful! Girls at the reception helped with literally every little question or issue we had. Went an extra mile which I truly appreciated!

Отличное расположение отеля, единственный минус расположение оч шумно под окнами.
Скудный завтрак, лучше от него отказаться и есть за пределами отеля.
номер чистый, но как будто меньше метров или неудачная планировка, сам отель немного подустал, че то подтекает, где то сколы дыры итп.
долго жить некомфортно, для выходных хороший вариант.

Rooms are comfortable and nice renovated. There is a huge difference between the balcony rooms and the rooms facing the side street. Be careful of the rooms on the 2nd floor, which is right on the floor of the side street with people walking by your window (Room 1). It was a bit strange that the lobby is very empty with nothing inside, rather depressing. The lady at the breakfast Ekaterena is so lovely. The rest of staff is ok. Overall a bit understaffed, and they need to put something in the lobby area because it looks a bit sad. There are better hotels at this price point in Tbilisi. But it was in a great location right in front of the baths.

Absolutely beautiful magical hotel that will help your mind instantly relax - the decor and aesthetic details are calming and give you that luxurious feeling of a well-deserved vacation! Hotel located in the ideal city centre location - made this hotel central to my beautiful time in Georgia. The cherry on the cake was the outstanding staff who went out of their way to help me feel welcome, so kind, courteous, and friendly - I enjoyed the very pleasant chats with them every day making the lobby feel like a lovely sitting room at the home of friends!! Special thanks to Dada under her management which all went so well....

We had a great stay for the 1 night that we were in Tbilisi. A cozy and small hotel, with a fairly great breakfast spread. They even provided packed breakfast when we had to depart early next morning for Mestia. The room was small and overlooked the adjoining street, but I enjoyed it nevertheless. The best part is the location of the hotel. It is close to a lot of sights, very walkable to the streets in the city centre. And lies in the heart of the hot springs area, so if taking a bath early in the day is on your list, then this place is well located.

Excellent hotel! Great location, most attractions within walking distance (if you like to walk). We used a taxi only once and that was to save energy on walking. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, towels are changed, there is a capsule coffee machine (capsules and water are provided). There are many restaurants, shops nearby, and you can buy souvenirs. In the very heart of the old city, and it has its own atmosphere! The staff speaks Russian very well and is friendly. The breakfasts are delicious. We had a room with a bathroom in the room and opposite there was a TV, it turned out to be sooooo cool! The view from the terrace is gorgeous (we were on the 3rd floor). Of the minuses: it’s a pity that there is no lunch and dinner, the ability to order food to your room (at least there would be a minimum choice), otherwise sometimes you don’t want to go to cafes, especially with such a gorgeous terrace!

Very convenient location and cozy hotel. Unfortunately there is no restaurant in the hotel itself in the evening, but the location is such that everything is nearby. Beautiful interior. Unfortunately was only one night but I know exactly where to stay next time.
