First of all super far from Central second of all, super noisy and not clean and I couldn’t use water for almost 3 hours everywhere smell like CIGARET😡 that was my worst experience ever

Really thanks for this service. The hotel was amazing and beautiful. Also the breakfast was so delicious and fantastic. Hope to book a room again as soon as possible. And thanks for this hotel. It was the most beautiful trip for me to enjoy there ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙈

very nice hotel, room very spacious, comfy beds, staff very friendly, breakfast buffet really good. they have next door pool, gym, steam and sauna. From hotel to tbilisi city center, liberty square by bolt taxi (highly recommend to use this taxi by bolt app) around 11 to 14 lari ( Georgian currency). I recommend to stay this five star hotel. definitely l will go back to stay with this hotel again.

The service is average. The room is the largest among the five-star hotels in Tbilisi. There are many breakfast options.

The room was nice and warm. I smoke, but it was a pity that the hotel didn't have a smoking room, which was quite awkward. The room had to be cleaned in the morning, as no one would clean after noon. The time for cleaning the room could be increased.

When I first checked in, there was no comb. After staying for a week, no one gave me a comb. I asked the room service and they said the hotel didn't provide one. Until yesterday, I went to the front desk to confirm. The hotel doesn't provide combs? The front desk arranged for someone to send me a comb. I was really speechless.
