Like the hotel, everything was on top! If you want to be in a centre of the city, this is the best location, it’s near to the Liberty Square, metropolitan, Galleria mall, where you can find anything you need. Also staff was very kind and friendly. Room was not small, it was comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend to choose this hotel!))

Great location, really nice room. Primarily a theatre rather than a hotel so not the usual service in terms of being able to approach a front desk for help/advice/room to be cleaned etc. The room itself was excellent. But probably wouldn't recommend for travellers from the EU/UK given current restrictions on us using Yandex etc, not being able to have hotel assistance booking taxi's etc had a big impact on our experience of Georgia.

The hotel is located in the heart of Tbilisi, steps away from Freedom Square, in the same building, Galleria Mall and Freedom Metro Station..... The problem with the hotel is that the car does not reach the door, which means you have to take your bags. What distinguishes the hotel most is its location between the new and old area.

Единственный плюс отеля - это месторасположение. Но такими плюсами может похвастаться множество отелей этого чудесного города Ни на одном фото не показана действительная протяженность лестницы, по которой вам нужно подняться, чтобы дойти до отеля(4-5 этажей примерно) Номера просторные, но мега скромная мебель, сантехника держится, что называется, «на соплях» Отдыхая, вы можете слышать репетицию спектакля( первый раз, я подумала, что кого-то убивают в соседнем номере, хотела вызвать полицию) Убрались у нас в номере один раз за неделю и только после того, как мы сами попросили Девушки на ресепшен очень доброжелательные, вежливые, помогут при необходимости Вообщем, при прочих равных - ищите другой отель в Тбилиси
