Thank you for a wonderful holiday. This is the place where you want to come back again and again. The very center of the old city, very convenient. Nice and polite staff. Breakfasts are amazing

Pros:
- of course the location, all the sights of old Tbilisi are within walking distance
- friendly staff
- decent normal breakfast
Cons:
- very small room, you can't even open a suitcase
- there is not a single wardrobe for clothes
- cleaning of the room leaves much to be desired
As a result, for $100 per night it is expensive, if around $50 then of course the hotel is normal

This hotel is well sited in the centre of town and looks smart from the exterior. Somewhat bizarrely the interior does not seem to match the exterior. We stayed in room 108 which had good and bad points. On the positive side, the bed was large and comfortable, there was a fresh bottle of water each day, and above all, the air conditioning worked very well. On the negative side, the bathroom, particularly the shower, was tiny, there was no kettle in the room and the WiFi was unreliable. Breakfast was fine, if a little repetitive and the staff friendly and helpful. Particularly given the reasonable price of the room, this warranted a 4 star.

The staff was very friendly and overall I had the best time in this hotel. The views natikala was beautiful and do try the delicious khinkali in their restaurant. It's situated at the heart of tbilisi so it's easy to travel and metro is also nearby.

Отель в историческом центре. Наверх на горе над отелем крепость Нарикала, рядом серные бани, чуть левее , как вышел, начинается площадь Горгосали, далее улица Леселидзе, которая выходит на площадь Свободы. В отель ведет лестница , покрытая красной ковровей дорожкой) персонал доброжелательный, внимательный, исполняли все просьбы: в номере не было чайника, тут же принесли, вызывали такси, когда просили. Все очень хорошие, доброжелательные, но Анна просто супер, очень милая, внимательная Шведский стол приличный :нарезки , яйца , омлет, сосиски, овощные рагу, картошка фри и тд. Кофе в капсульной машине. Чай на выбор. Убирались часто! Полотенца меняли каждый день!!! Докладывали мыльные принадлежности тоже каждый день, застилали постель, вообщем все приятные мелочи были в наличии. Постельное белье приятное, матрас удобный , подушка тоже. Что делать еще туристу??? Все чисто, центр. Рядом сетевое кафе. Рубом меняют рядом. Они положительные эмоции. Спасибо персоналу отеля! Все отлично. Елена. Омск
