The room was much more compact than expected. The single bed in the standard room was as narrow as the one used in spas in China. If you accidentally turned over, you would fall off at any time. The quilt was also narrow to fit the size of the bed. The king-size bed room was OK.

I am a frequent traveller in Georgia and visiting Tbilisi for business purpose. After finding another Accor Hotel in Tbilisi, decided to stay for 3 nights. The hotel is Brand new. It is visible from far distance. Hotel has nice panoramic views. Rooms are designed very well, I like warm colors. I stayed in premium room, which was spacious. Nice shower rain and bathroom amenities adds bonus to my stay. The top plus of the hotel is staff. Lovely and smiling ladies at the reception desk, ready to assist all the time. Wonderful restaurant team. Food is delicious. I recommend to all travelers. I will be your guest again.

Horrible experience! Booked a room at this hotel a few days ago, received a confirmation with the price stated. Imagine my disappointment when on the day of arrival I was told that the price had changed and had become significantly higher! No advance notice, no explanation. Just presented with a fait accompli and demanded to pay extra. No clear explanation other than "there was an error in the system". This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional! I feel cheated and extremely disappointed with this attitude towards customers.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as part of the Tbilisi-Batumi tour departing from Istanbul. We liked the hotel very much, check-in was very fast. The rooms are a bit small but clean and hygienic. The air conditioning works and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and modern. The hotel is very new, the breakfast was good, but we had a hard time finding a table in the morning because all the tours came down to breakfast at the same time. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity on my future visits. 9.5/10
