連住四天，體驗感非常好！前台人員熱情友善，酒店乾淨整潔，每天都會打掃房間更換毛巾。酒店在老城裡，吃飯方便，走路幾分鐘就有一家味道不錯的中餐館。交通便利，去城區各大景點都是步行距離，離我參團一日遊的旅遊集散地步行也衹有幾分鐘。酒店早餐也算豐盛。

The hotel is located in the center, near many cafes and restaurants. The bed is very comfortable, the room is quiet, bright, not stuffy. The view of the city is amazing. It's a little weird that the sink is in the room and not in the bathroom, but that wasn't a problem. There is a cafe on the ground floor.

The hotel is in the perfect location right at the heart of the old town. The hotel staff are friendly, the room is clean and we had a quiet and comfortable stay. Also a wine bar next door sharing the same lobby.

Wow, what a room! Huge balcony and was there over New Years and the view of the fireworks over the river and the mountains were incredible. The receptionist at check-out was incredibly warm and welcoming. Great location and will be awesome once the wine bar is opened as well to have a drink after a day of exploring.

Poor customer service of hotel and trip .com app no humanity no justice my brother and family 5 members were not able to travel we informed requested several times to kindly cancel booking before time they rejected all requests what they want is money
