Tbilisi Edition - Design Hotel

It's not a 5-star hotel! It's at best more like a clean 3- star hotel. They charge you for everything even the water! 2 waters free for each day! The housekeeping does not charge everything daily and you have to tell them to please bring the shampoo or slippers or... 2.the hotel has the worst design! It's smaller than you could ever imagine! We stayed at superior rooms but still there was no place to put our luggages on! Everything is on the floor! The handwashing erea is outside the bathroom with a mirror on it! There is no other mirror! They keep the towels under the sink without covers. Because there is no shelf or any hanger on the bathroom... 3. The hotel is too small that they don't think a bell boy is needed! You have to carry your luggages and if the reception is a man they will help you! 4. The hotel location is fine. 5. The staff are friendly but the service is not! 6. The breakfast is more than terrible! The erea is too small and all items are on a little table in the middle of the room. Absolutely not worth the money. Even the coffee is served with a thermos. 7. The only positive point of this hotel is the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly staff but of course they can't offer you a better service because of their hotel policy. 8. Overall it's not worth more than 20 dollars a night.

A new and unique hotel in a great location with modern design. It is the dream of every hotel manager to have these employees. All kind, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mrs. Ariyan . If I come to Tbilisi again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

We found the Edition through Google. This was our first visits to Georgia. It is located in a quiet side street, next to a high school. Recently refurbished the hotel is clean and modern looking. It lacks on site parking, so be prepared to download the local Parking app and search for a public spot on the street. It is walking distance from many fine eating establishments as well as the local Agrarian Market, which is stunning for both the range of foods and vegetables and the sheer size of the place. It is easy to walk there in less than 8 minutes and then spend a couple of hours watching all the activity. The staff are all friendly and super supportive, we made friends with Marta on the front desk and she and her associates were a well of information on local activities, vineyards and tourist locations. This was very helpful for first timers, who were short on time. Breakfast is a range of continental self serve as well as eggs, cooked to order, as you like. There is a free steam room, sauna and jacuzzi, just make SURE you give staff enough time to turn everything on, or else they may not get up to the right temperatures. We have enjoyed every minute and look forward to our next trip.
