Отель в самом сердце старого Тбилиси. Прекрасное расположение отеля, обошли весь старый город, дошли до двух канатных и фуникулера, мост мира и парк Рике и это все в пешей доступности. Сотрудники отеля очень вежливые, всегда помогут в любой просьбе. Есть приятная открытая терраса во дворике отеля. В номере есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and its management. Four months ago, I made three separate reservations for my family, who are traveling from three different countries, to meet and celebrate New Year’s in Georgia. Choosing a hotel that suited everyone was already challenging, and now, due to the hotel’s negligence, we have to start the search all over again—with prices now two to three times higher than when we originally booked. Suddenly, the hotel canceled all our bookings without any notice or explanation. Over the past week, I have called five times, but each time my calls were either ignored, disconnected, or met with evasive responses. No one has been willing to assist, and the manager refuses to speak with me or offer any solutions. This is the worst customer service I’ve encountered. It’s clear they canceled our reservations to take advantage of higher holiday rates, which is appalling. If you value honesty and reliability, stay away from this place—they will leave you stranded without hesitation.

Very beautiful hotel in the center of Old Tbilisi. location is very convenient, very close to all the main attractions. The rooms are very cosy comfortable and beautiful. Breakfast was very delicious. We will definitely reccommend this hotel to our friends and will come back soon!

Excellete Property. Very centrally located in Old Tblisi. Very well mannered staff and extremely cooperative. I would definitely stay with them again. The building has its rustic charms. Old building refurbished into a modern boutique hotel.

Recently renovated building with exquisite taste and attention to detail. The staff were amazing. Every booking and request attended to immediately. The location in Tbilisi old city is the best and really if you want a real Georgian experience this is where you want to stay.. not some big chain.

Excellent new hotel, good and satisfying breakfast. The location of the hotel is really excellent and is in the center close to everything. Spacious and clean rooms, we had a lovely balcony. The service of the staff was excellent, we really connected with them, they helped us with every question. A highly recommended hotel.

Great experience, great location and service, unique historical hotel and in the middle of cultural area of tblisi reception staff are very helpful who help ordering food from out, the guest relation shoota also is a great help and you can see him every where. Thanks to the management and ask the staff
