I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and its management. Four months ago, I made three separate reservations for my family, who are traveling from three different countries, to meet and celebrate New Year’s in Georgia. Choosing a hotel that suited everyone was already challenging, and now, due to the hotel’s negligence, we have to start the search all over again—with prices now two to three times higher than when we originally booked. Suddenly, the hotel canceled all our bookings without any notice or explanation. Over the past week, I have called five times, but each time my calls were either ignored, disconnected, or met with evasive responses. No one has been willing to assist, and the manager refuses to speak with me or offer any solutions. This is the worst customer service I’ve encountered. It’s clear they canceled our reservations to take advantage of higher holiday rates, which is appalling. If you value honesty and reliability, stay away from this place—they will leave you stranded without hesitation.
