Good location, perfect view to the cathedral from the window, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and new - we enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend this place!!!

Brand new and very clean. Comfortable beds. The room missed a few things like water bottles, vanity kits, etc. but they brought all of it after we asked.
Possibility to check in early for 50% of the rate which is very useful when you arrive in the middle of the night.
Slight issue with the bathroom if you take a shower, the water doesn't go down the drain right away so it starts leaking outside.

The location is good, you can see the church, take a taxi to the train station for 10gel, and the subway is just one intersection away.
The breakfast is OK, and it feels good to eat while looking at the church.

Very dissatisfied. There were no slippers, toothbrushes and other items in the room. The front desk did not ask if we needed them when we checked in. I went downstairs to the front desk and told the waiter that I needed a toothbrush and slippers. The reply was that they would be sent to my room later. However, they were not delivered until the next day. I didn't even brush my teeth and walked around the room barefoot, which felt so dirty.

The hotel is new, opened this year, so everything is in excellent condition. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, but keep in mind that in the standard rooms - nothing is offered in the bathroom except hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper napkins, toilet paper (+ hygienic shower). That is, a toothbrush, toothpaste, body lotions, etc. are not offered. I would also really like a choice of orthopedic pillows, for me the current pillows are not very comfortable for sleeping, quite thin.
As for the services - it is not clear what is working, it seems that only breakfasts are available. When checking in, they do not say anything about available paid / free services (spa / bathhouse), the pool does not work in the cold season.
The location is super, there is a store, markets nearby, and the old city, park, tourist services, as well as public transport (bus stop, metro) are within walking distance. I came from another hotel and made a temporary reservation. The price was not as high as the seafood price. It was very stable, clean and brightly lit. I could see the Holy Trinity Church from the window. I booked one more night. The airport and the bus stop to Armenia are just a few minutes away.
