Last night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.

Excellent location right by the old town and within walking distance of everything. We got a lovely room with a sea private balcony which was well appointed. Breakfast doesn't start until 0830 which was a bit late for us but the quality and standard was very high. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool and sauna are a nice bonus. Highly recommended.

I’ve been traveling with my friends and had a chance to stay in this hotel. Honestly, the best experience. The staff is very helpful and nice. Helped us too book the tickets and arranged an airport shuttle. The location is great, it’s in the heart of the city. Will definitely come back any time soon.

The owner was very rude ,he try take money without invoice.Many times he disturb us in our room.He was angry because we need a invoice.Our advice don't stay in this hotel.Breakfast poor choices.Dont stay in this hotel if you want havent stress.

Wonderful hotel with a swimming pool on the veranda and beautiful views. This is the best place we have been during our trip. We definitely recommend everyone to visit this hotel. We will definitely be back next summer!

We are currently staying at this hotel. We have an excellent room with a beautiful bathroom and a truly magnificent balcony overlooking Tbilisi. Everything is super clean and tidy. Breakfast is also well taken care of. Friendly staff. The hotel is within walking distance of the centre and restaurants are nearby. I recommend this hotel for a great stay in Tbilisi.
