You need to walk up a flight of stairs to get there. The hotel will send someone to help with your luggage. The facilities in the room are average. They only provide one bottle of water per person and charge 5 Lire per bottle. There are relatively few breakfast varieties. There are many antique collections in the public area, and we can help guests with brief explanations. The outdoor swimming pool is located on a high ground and has a nice view.

A very quaint hotel. Definitely, form over function. Our room next to front door and we heard everyone come and go. Many flights of stairs to front door, to reception and more to pool. Jack hammer going every day we were there and not pleasant when sitting by the pool. Service strong by some and not by others. No reply to prior emails re: transfers.

The location of this property is great, close to everywhere, 10mins walking distance to Liberty square, and Europ square. The property is actually in an old castle, with lots of collections. It is amazing to have a walk around in the hotel itself. The breakfast included in the stay is great as well. You can order omelette as per your preference. There are different traditional dishes as options. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The only pity is that I booked double bed room, which is not the best choice. It is right at the entrance of the hotel and the room is not sound-proof, sometimes it gets too noisy with all the guests walking and talking. The room is dark as well. It has a terrace however it is un-usable, since there is no view. I'd suggest to book family suit.

Don’t book there! Hotel management does not keep their word and cancels reservations last minute. Communication of the management is very unprofessional and I can only warn to make a down payment before a stay. There are plenty of nice hotels in Tiblisi better for somewhere else.

What is great? 1. Staff were super friendly. Shout out to Toko 2. Great experience, staying in a old castle turned into a hotel 3. Excellent facilities like pool, library, terrace with amazing views 4. Very clean and spacious rooms with a lot to see within the hotel property itself What is not so great? Breakfast was the worst breakfast spread we have ever had in any hotel. They have laid out 2-3 veges, some jams and some cheese and break.Eggs on order. Cake as dessert. Tea/Coffee. That is all. For the price we pay, this is a ridiculously bad breakfast. We had much better breakfast spread in budget hotels than this.

We really enjoyed staying at Castle in Old Town! Great location! Stunning place! We had a nice, beautifully decorated two bedroom. At night we enjoyed sitting on one of the terraces that had magnificent views! We loved our breakfast there; such a variety and so delicious! Friendly staff and great service! They gave us a nice tour of the castle!

We stayed for two nights in a family room. Massive double bed and two small beds for the kids. Location was great for the fortress and cable car. Traditional Georgian breakfast was interesting. Would definitely recommend though not suitable for young children or people with mobility issues.

we visited Tblisi few weeks ago, The hotel is good location. Walking distance like ten minutes from the old town area. The staff were wonderful. Eager to help and make your stay enjoyable. Rooms very spacious and clean. The only issue was not having instruction for turning on the TV.
