We were a friendly group of 12 people who had booked 4 rooms in this hotel about three weeks before our flight to Tbilisi. We arrived at Natalie Hotel around 10:00 PM and to our surprise, we saw that the reception area was closed and there was no one in charge. After waiting for about an hour and talking to the passengers who were returning to the hotel from outside, we were able to call the hotel manager and he came to the hotel and told us that the hotel rooms are all full and that he canceled our reservation the day before and sent to the booking site. Notified! We were on the way the day before, how could we check email and make a new reservation?!

I stayed here for a couple nights before catching my flight, after booking they demanded extra fees. I declined this and the staff spoke little english and did not make a fuss at the time. This was until I checked out and they tried to claim that I had made use of two rooms and had made them dirty. This is not a legitimate business and would suggest that you avoid this place at all cost.

Всем добрый день, никогда и ни за что, не буду рекомендовать этот отель. При заселении никакой информации не было, ни кто не встреьил, водитель он де охранник взял деньги за проживание и всё. За несколько дней, ни разу никто не убрался, не вынес мусор,туалетной бумаги не было. В туалетной комнате вообще без комментариев, ужасная непонятная конструкция, всё время сырой пол, коврика нет. В общем такого отношения я не видела ни в одном отеле за всё время моих путешествий.

При выезде из отеля тупо оставил в номере дорогие кроссовки. Вечером вернулся за багажом и вспомнил о пропаже. Выяснили, что уборщица, якобы, выбросила все оставленные вещи в мусорный контейнер. Обшарили 2 мусорных контейнера. Ничего нет. Наутро звоню хозяину: - У нас практика как в Европе/ Все выбрасываем! Я - Верните деньги! В итоге ничего не добился. Мошенники
